Users are created by issuing usernames and passwords. As the system operates on the internet, users may use the system by logging onto any computer, anywhere. There are three categories of users: 1) Admin - Internal staff with all permission controls 2) Users - Internal staff who use the system but do not have admin privileges (Editors, Photographers, Art Directors, Retouchers, etc...) 3) Guests - People outside the company with temporary collaborative access to projects or lightboxes (Includes freelance photographers with upload privileges) LightBox Network license fees apply only to internal users in the first two categories. Because guests are temporary users, only utility fees apply. License fees are a one time costs and cover system installation plus one year of training, tech support, system maintenance, and upgrades. After the first year, there is a continuing monthly fee for support and upgrades.
