LightBox Network Integration Options LightBox Network Corporate License The LightBox Network license pricing is based on users, as opposed to seats. Users are created by issuing usernames and passwords. As the system operates on the internet, users may use the system by logging onto any computer, anywhere. There are three categories of users: 1) Admin - Internal staff with all permission controls 2) Users - Internal staff who use the system but do not have admin privileges (Editors, Photographers, Art Directors, Retouchers, etc...) 3) Guests - People outside the company with temporary collaborative access to projects or lightboxes (Includes freelance photographers with upload privileges) LightBox Network license fees apply only to internal users in the first two categories. Because guests are temporary users, only utility fees apply. License fees are a one time costs and cover system installation plus one year of training, tech support, system maintenance, and upgrades. After the first year, there is a continuing monthly fee for support and upgrades. LightBox Network Corporate License pricing: 30 User license: $40,000 40 User license: $50,000 50 User license: $60,000 Additional Users:$1200 each Guests: $10 per guest, billed monthly Continuing support and upgrades: $1500 per month/per license, or 20% of the total of license and additional user fees, whichever is greater. Custom programming: $150 per hour These prices will remain in effect for two years from the time of agreement. After two years, price increases will be no higher than LightBox Network pricing to other corporations.
LightBox Network Managed Hosting LightBox Network & Rackspace Without the best network, the best web applications, server infrastructures and operating system environments are crippled. From its genesis, the Zero-Downtime Network was designed with one purpose in mind providing an unequaled and uninterrupted experience for our customers and their end users. Guaranteed. And this is how the Zero-Downtime Network accomplishes it: Not using our network for any purposes other than managed hosting- no telecom services or cable TV service take priority over our customers needs. Using only high performance bandwidth, unlike many cheaper hosting providers Partnering with nine network providers to provide multiple redundancies in information flow to and from data centers and end users. Fiber carriers enter data centers at disparate access points protecting network from complete service failure in the unlikely event of a network cut. Rackspace's Proactive Network Management methodology continually monitors and automatically improves the network topology and configuration in real time based on route efficiency and end-user performance, ensuring the fastest and most reliable network connections. Maintaining low overall network utilization, providing resiliency from the largest Internet routing issues. A highly redundant network configuration co-developed with Cisco to protect against single points of failure at the shared network level (with an option to extend into customer's VLAN environment). Partnering with Cisco and Arbor Networks to create ever-improving methods to monitor and secure our network from intrusions. Rackspace Data Centers Owning and operating five data centers across the continental US and the UK, makes the Zero-Downtime Network a reality. We can engineer them to the highest levels of security and redundancy without compromise. Security Strictly monitored access to all data centers using keycard protocols, biometric scanning protocols and continuous interior and exterior surveillance. Access limited to data center personnel only without exception. All data center employees undergo thorough background security checks before being employed.
LightBox Network Managed Hosting Precision Environment All data centers' HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) systems are N+1 redundant, ensuring that a duplicate system can immediately come online in the event of an HVAC system failure. All air is circulated and filtered every 90 seconds to remove dust and contaminates. An advanced fire suppression system designed to stop fires from spreading in the unlikely event one should occur. All cables are securely tied down with cable racks suspended from ceilings providing dual routes for all cables. Conditioned Power In the unlikely event of a total utility power outage, all data centers' power systems are designed to run uninterrupted with all servers being fed conditioned UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) power. The UPS power subsystem is N+1 redundant, with instantaneous failover if primary UPS fails. For extended utility power outages, routinely tested, on-site diesel generators can run indefinitely. Core Routing Equipment All data centers use only fully redundant, enterprise-class routing equipment. All routing equipment is housed in a secured core routing room fed by its own redundant power supply. Fiber carriers enter facilities as disparate access points to guard against service failure. Network Technicians Rackspace data centers employ only certified networking and security teams that are thoroughly experienced in managing and monitoring enterprise level networks. Certified Network Technicians are trained to the highest industry standards to ensure our guaranteed 100% infrastructure.
