Online booking process After the customer has picked the trip they want to book, they need to either register their details, or if they have already done so, simply log in with their password and the system will retrieve them from it s records. On this screen the customer can select the types / numbers of passengers and rooms for the trip. On the passengers screen the customer can further edit the passenger details including choosing the insurance and pickup Page 8
Here the customer can select their seat on your coach. Showing this seat plan in the booking process is an optional setting per tour in t28/ t3. In this example, some seats have been designated Premium (chargeable) seats, whilst others have been designated as disabled seats. This requirement screen can show any options that have been assigned to the tour in t28/t3. Your customer also has the opportunity to enter any unguaranteed requests in the provided area below. On the secure payment screen the customer enters their card details. And they can also pay either the deposit or the full tour amount. The deposit feature can be managed through the tour setting in t28/t3. From here the customer will be taken to their Verified by Visa / MasterCard Secure Code page if they have this set up on their account. Page 9

WebRes FAQ s Does it make much difference if my website is hosted professionally in a data centre or in our own office? It certainly does!
