The annual event honors advisors with exceptional sales throughout the course of 2010. CATHOLIC FINANCIAL LIFE S SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN SALES LEADERS John Augustine, FIC, LUTC, of Waukesha, Wis., received the President s Club Award the most prestigious award given by Catholic Financial Life for exceptional sales throughout the course of the year. He also earned the Leading Total Producer award for selling the most annuity and life insurance products. John Augustine has been an advisor with Catholic Financial Life s South Eastern Wisconsin regional agency for 35 years, and is a consistent yearly sales award winner. He has also received the Chairman Production Award and Quality Service Award from the National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counsellors (NAFIC), and is a 31-year Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) member. Ismael Cardenas, FIC, of Greendale, Wis., received the Most New Members Award for bringing 131 new members to Catholic Financial Life. He was also awarded Director s Club honors for exceptional sales throughout the course of the year. Cardenas has been an advisor with Catholic Financial Life s Milwaukee Central agency for over five years. Additionally, he has received the Silver Production Award and Quality Service Award from the National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counsellors (NAFIC). Rick Kremel, CLU, LUTCF, ChFC, FIC, of Waukesha, Wis., received the President s Club Award the most prestigious award given by Catholic Financial Life for exceptional sales throughout the course of the year. CATHOLIC FINANCIAL LIFE S NORTHWESTERN WISCONSIN SALES LEADERS Mike Soczka, CLU, LUTCF, FICF, of Wausau, Wis., was awarded two top honors at Catholic Financial Life s annual Sales Award Ceremony. Soczka received the Regional Manager Award for meeting and exceeding in the areas of recruiting, new member growth, retention, persistency and production. He also received the President s Club Award the most prestigious award given by Catholic Financial Life for exceptional sales throughout the course of the year. Mike Soczka has been a regional manager with Catholic Financial Life s North Western Wisconsin regional agency for nine years. Stephen Mathie, FICF, of Aniwa, Wis., was awarded District Manager of the Year for recruiting, mentoring and retaining the most new hires in 2010 many of whom have found success in their own careers with Catholic Financial Life. Stephen Mathie has been with Catholic Financial Life s North Western Wisconsin regional agency for 12 years. Patrick Polster of Amherst, Wis., was honored with the John Schneiger Life Award as the life sales leader among advisors with the society for two years or less. He was also awarded Vice President s Club honors for exceptional sales throughout the course of the year. Polster also earned Rookie of the Year honors in his first year with Catholic Financial Life. Patrick Polster has been an advisor with Catholic Financial Life s North Western Wisconsin regional agency for two years. Mike LaVoy of La Crosse, Wis., was awarded Vice President s Club honors for exceptional sales throughout the course of the year. Mike LaVoy has been an advisor with Catholic Financial Life s North Western Wisconsin regional agency for two years. Ron Robida of Dorchester, Wis., retired in December, 2010 after 36 years of distinguished service. He earned Catholic Financial Life s Leading Total Producer award for 2010.

Piette, district manager with Catholic Financial Life s North Eastern Wisconsin regional agency, has been a distinguished sales leader throughout his 47-year career. AREA SALES LEADERS Laura Adame of River Grove, Ill., was awarded Director s Club honors for exceptional sales throughout the course of the year. Adame has been an advisor with Catholic Financial Life s Chicago Central agency for seven years. Matthew Tomlinson of Grayslake, Ill., was awarded Rookie of the Year as the top producing advisor who has been with the society for two years or less. He also received Vice President s Club honors for superior sales performance. Tomlinson is an advisor with Catholic Financial Life s South Eastern Wisconsin regional agency. CATHOLIC FINANCIAL LIFE S MINNESOTA SALES LEADER Dennis Kuss of Rochester, Minn., was awarded top honors at Catholic Financial Life s annual Sales Award Ceremony on February 5, 2011. Kuss was awarded Vice President s Club honors for exceptional sales throughout the course of the year, and has been an advisor with Catholic Financial Life s North Western Wisconsin regional agency for nearly four years.
