Consultant Professional Background and Credentials 2 Since 1986, I have been actively engaged in various aspects of construction, specializing in remodeling/building with an emphasis in trouble shooting and custom work. In March of 2012, I attended the HAAG Roofing Inspector courses and obtained my Residential and Commercial HAAG Certification. In 2011, I attended IICRC s Commercial Drying Specialist course and received the designation of Fire & Smoke Restoration, Water Damage Restoration and Commercial Drying Specialist. In 2010, I attended BAMP s Certified Renovator Course to receive the designation of EPA Renovator for lead renovations. In October of 2010, I attended Infrared Training Center and received the designation of Level I Thermographer. In 2007, I attended IICRC s Fire and Smoke Restoration (SRT) course to receive the designation of SRT (Smoke Restoration Technician).
