Menu Option # 14 9/16/13 KWKW Lotus Provision of training to management level personnel to Mgmt. Corp. as to methods of ensuring equal employment 9/18/13 opportunity and preventing descrimination. Lotus Corp. The Lotus Annual Business Managers Conference was held from September 16th through September 18th, 213 at the Omni Hotel in San Diego, California. All station business managers, corporate executives, and human resource director for all Lotus stations attended this meeting. Items of discussion included FCC job recruitment process, career development, job performance reviews, and etc. Menu Option # 1 Participation in at least four job fairs by station personnel who have substantial responsibility in the making of hiring decisions. Gain/Grow Division of Los Angeles County Office of Education held Fall Classic Hiring Spree job fair on October 1, 213 at Los Angeles City College at 855 N. Vermont Ave. Los Angeles, CA 929 from 1 am to 1 pm. There were more than 6 employers. The job fair was open to the community and all the Los Angeles City College students. They used many sources to promote this job fair to bring the community in need of jobs to this event. 1/1/13 KWKW Mgmt. Continue the Monthly EEO Meetings containing the antidiscrimination mission statement and any references to job needs, and any references to recent and or upcoming job fairs, career days, management training, etc. The memo reiterated the rules of hiring process and was signed and returned to the corporate office as acknowledgement of understanding of the process. In liu of the 213 Annual Lotus Corporate Management Meeting in which the subject of preventing discrimination is discussed as well as the FCC Outreach of hiring procedures, a memo has been sent out to the individuals who are in charge of outreach for any open position on his/her station, regarding rules and regulations pertaining to recruitment and the use of some of the FCC 16 menu options that will be incorporated in the upcoming "Annual FCC report of Full Time Hires and Menu Options" for this fiscal years report. 1. Recruiting for all full-time hires using the list of women and minority organizations, educational institutions, public and private companies, employee referrals, etc. 2.
