Entry requires entrants to submit the following personal information at the time of Entry and/or the time of the Prize verification: name, address, date of birth, email address, date of birth and daytime phone number. In order to verify potential Prize winner, Sponsor will require proof of valid, current U.S. driver s license and liability insurance. Choosing to opt-out or opt-in will not affect entrants chances of winning. The winner is subject to determination of eligibility and verification before any prize will be awarded. All eligible Entries received will be entered into a random drawing held by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) on or about December 7, 2015. By entering, all entrants and the winner agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its authorized representatives, which are final and binding in all matters concerning this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Entry per person, regardless of entry method used. Multiple Entries are not permitted. If more than one entry is received from one person, only the first entry submitted will be considered valid, however any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, cheating or fraud, through a sweepstakes club or similar entity, or any other unauthorized methods will void all of entrant s Entries and entrant will be disqualified. Submitting mass Entries or Entries generated by an automated program, script, robotic, macro or use of any other devices is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of Entry submission is not proof of its receipt by Sponsor. Only eligible Entries received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period will be eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant in the Sweepstakes, the Entry will be deemed completed by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address; or the authorized account holder assigned to a mobile cellular number if entry is via mobile URL. All Entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder. Promotion Entities are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, postage due, delayed, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted, garbled or illegible Entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. The potential winners will be subject to verification by Sponsor or its authorized representatives, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of a Prize, unless and until said entrant s eligibility has been verified and said entrant has been notified that verification is complete and any documentation necessary for verification has been received and approved by Sponsor or its authorized representatives. Prize winners may be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legally permitted), within the time specified by Sponsor. Without limitation, ineligibility or non-compliance will result in forfeiture of a Prize in its entirety.
3. PRIZE DRAWING: On or about December 7, 2015, Sponsor (or its authorized representative) will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize winner and twenty (20) Secondary Prize winners from among all eligible Entries received. The potential Prize winners will be contacted via telephone or email (in Sponsor s discretion) in order to notify him/her that he/she has been selected as a potential winner and to verify eligibility. 4. PRIZE, ODDS OF WINNING: There is one (1) Grand Prize and twenty (20) Second Prizes (each a Prize and collectively the Prizes ) available to be won. GRAND PRIZE (1): A 1972 Chevrolet C-10 Truck (the Vehicle ). Manufacturer s Suggested Retail Price ( MSRP ): USD $24,000. Grand Prize winner will also receive USD $25,000 towards customization of the Vehicle by Tommy Pike Customs (collectively, the ( Prize ). In addition, Grand Prize winner will also receive a 3-day, 2-night trip to Greenville, South Carolina on or about April 22, 2016 April 24, 2016, subject to Tommy Pike s schedule, for winner and one (1) guest. This trip is for the winner to discuss the customization he/she would like on the Vehicle. Trip package consists of: roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner s residence to a major U.S. gateway airport near Greenville, South Carolina; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy; hotel room tax included); a tour of Tommy Pike Customs shop, as well as lunch with Tommy Pike; along with $3,000 in spending money. Total Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of the Grand Prize: $54,000. Actual color, style, model, features, elements, and equipment of the Vehicle will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Winner to determine details of $25,000 customization of the vehicle. Any depiction of the Vehicle in promotional and advertising materials in connection with the Sweepstakes is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the make or model, or have the same or similar features as the actual prize awarded. SECONDARY PRIZES (20): a $500 Advance Auto Parts Gift Card. Total ARV of all Secondary Prizes: USD $10,000. Total ARV of all Prizes: USD $64,000. Grand Prize winner must possess and provide proof of valid U.S. driver s license and proof of liability insurance (which insurance must, at a minimum, satisfy the automobile insurance requirements of the Prize winner s state of residence) prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. If winner does not provide such proof of a valid driver s license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle, winner automatically forfeits the Prize. Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle at a mutually agreeable time at the Winner s residence within thirty (30) days of notification that the Vehicle is available. The Vehicle will be delivered to the Grand Prize
winner s residence, at no cost to the Grand Prize winner. (this process might take sixty (60) days or more from date of winner s confirmation). Upon Prize delivery, winner assumes all costs, responsibility, damages, liability and expenses relating directly or indirectly to the Vehicle thereafter, and agrees to release, defend and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims, actions, responsibilities, damages, costs and liabilities arising at any time relating thereto. All federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize (which are anticipated to be significant), as well as the Secondary Prizes, are winner s responsibility. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all fees and/or costs including title, license, registration, and insurance incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Vehicle prize. Actual value of Prize may vary. Winner will not receive the difference between the actual value and the ARV. A. Odds of winning the Prizes depend on the number of eligible Entries received. B. All costs, fees and other expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the winners sole responsibility. C. The winners may waive the right to receive the Prizes. In the event of noncompliance, or if a potential Prize winner cannot be reached at the telephone number or e-mail address on his/her Entry after the second attempt, or if the Prize notification is ignored, returned as unclaimed, not timely responded to, or undeliverable for whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of the Prize, in whole or in part, is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. 5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entries not legitimately submitted in accordance with these Official Rules are void. The potential winner will be subject to verification by Sponsor or its authorized representatives, whose decisions are final and binding. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Prize winners may be required to sign and return additional documents in order to receive the Prize. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winners name,
biographical information, opinions, voice, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, review, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, human or other error in the printing of Sweepstakes and/or collateral advertising materials, administration of the Sweepstakes, processing of the Entries or in the announcement of the Prize or in any other materials or information associated with the Sweepstakes. If, through printing or production error, or for any other reason whatsoever, more prizes are claimed for the Prize than intended and/or set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize by random drawing from all eligible claimants for the Prize. Only the Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, technological or otherwise, which corrupt, disrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any and all aspects of the Sweepstakes, and Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to select the winner from eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the date of such action. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual it suspects, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be cheating, or acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Caution: Any attempt by any individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from and seek prosecution of any such individual to the fullest extent of the law. 6. INDEMNIFICATION: Winners agree, by accepting the Prize, and each entrant agrees, by participating in this Sweepstakes, to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, web development companies, advertising and promotional agencies, Advance Auto Parts Stores, Inc., Tommy Pike Customs, (and their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates), and any other companies participating in the design, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively Released Parties ) from and against any and all liability for any threatened or actual injuries, loss, costs, or damages of any kind to any person, including death or disability, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or inability to participate in parts thereof including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory, and whether or not caused in

INTERNET/WIRELESS SERVICES: Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software, telephone or other communications, incompatibility, malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, wireless device connections or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. 9. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the Prize award shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court in Houston, Texas; and (ii) in addition to the limitations in Section 7 of these Official Rules, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys fees. Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws
of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law rules that may cause the application of a law other than the law of the State of Texas. 10.
