TransSequel Back-Office Software DATA SHEET OVERVIEW TransSequel is an enterprise-wide fuel management application providing sophisticated management, integration and reporting capability to control fuel usage. TransSequel is based on a number of different functional modules utilising a client / server architecture. Multiple stakeholders can manage their specific element of the fuel handling and delivery process for the enterprise. The application supports management of both commercial and retail fuel sites that are fitted with the TT range of site controllers such as the TT8000GN OPT or the TT3000 DCA. Commercial sites particularly can benefit from TransSequel s cost centre and tax credit reporting functionality. FEATURES OF INDIVIDUAL MODULES Vehicle Manager Assignment of vehicles to specific classes for Fuel Tax Credit reporting Flexible vehicle class manager to enable accurate efficiency reporting Lessor management for cost assignment Access ID Manager Provides management of all Access IDs on multiple sites Segregate Access IDs into different functional / cost centre or departmental groups Configurable console options such as odometer / hourmeter / product restrictions User ID Manager Provides management of all User IDs on site Users can be managed separate to Access IDs and / or vehicles for maximum flexibility User IDs typically assigned to a person and Access IDs to a vehicle Transaction Manager Records all wet stock transactions Includes multiple reports including fuel tax credits / cost centre / carbon emissions Incorporation of odometer and hourmeter for efficiency reporting Site Manager Full site configuration capable from client Configure which groups of Access IDs are assigned to individual sites Assign product IDs and manage available products at all sites Inventory Manager Provides full wet stock reconciliation including drops and dips Integrates on-site ATG data into fully reconciled reports Supports tank-to-tank stock movements and tracks deliveries from specific suppliers Event Analyser Full list of all events including those required for debugging For EFTPOS transactions, includes error codes and transaction results, i.e. lack of funds Events can be exported or embedded in reports for further analysis Data Transfer Transfer of data to / from controllers Download transactions / inventory data and upload Access IDs / User IDs Transfers can be scheduled for automated operation Card Surcharge Table Configurable table for applying surcharges to card types for EFTPOS transactions Assigned across all EFTPOS-related systems Surcharges based around card prefix, i.e. Amex / VISA / Diners Page 2
