Tempus German-Russian cooperation Tempus key integration tool 270 universities in RF involved in the Tempus programme since 1994 German HEIs one of the most active Tempus participants: 115 projects since 1990 Tempus has contributed to the modernisation of higher education in terms of the development of unified curricula: 74% of HE institutions in RF who have participated in Tempus attribute positive developments in the curricula changes to the Tempus programme. 7
