It allows you to control the user desktop experience and includes a helpdesk and monitoring tool and a one-click application store. The Virtual Offi ce Management Portal is divided into three components: One: Infrastructure provisioning Two: End user provisioning Three: Helpdesk One: Infrastructure provisioning This offers fully automated hosted infrastructure provisioning, controlled via a simple and intuitive web interface.
