Current Project State JULY 2014 We have set up a Java based Tool that creates a CSV file of your Automic System Overview. First the password of your Automic User needs to be encrypted. Put the encryption result into your configuration File. Then run the Report, it will be stored as CSV, containing the System Overview based on your Automic System Access Rights, Password stored securely. It does not contain a call-home functionality to Automic Company, your Report needs to be Updated and sent to Automic Support manually. We suggest to do that with each AE or Agent Update so Support is prepared for your next Enquiry. Finally, your Report will be imported into our Ticket System and is visible to our Support Staff.
