How We Add Value To Your Business We have extensive experience of providing our clients with innovative solutions across the full gas value chain. Examples of projects completed by our Consultants: n National Gas Master Plan: RPS developed the Gas Master Plan for a major producing country, which included a detailed analysis of the gas resource base, transportation routes and monetisation options. We also renegotiated the existing Production Sharing Agreements to accommodate gas commercialisation. RPS is currently advising the Ministry of Energy on the detailed implementation of this Plan, which includes the expansion of the country s existing gas facilities. n Liquefied Natural Gas Project: Our Consultants were closely involved in developing the commercial structure for a major new LNG project. They worked closely with the main partners and government agencies in negotiating the key commercial arrangements related to the upstream, liquefaction plant, shipping and LNG marketing. RPS is currently advising the national gas company on the continued development of the country s gas industry. n International Gas Pipeline Project: Our Consultants led the development and negotiation of a suite of 80+ commercial agreements underpinning a major new gas pipeline project involving both state-owned and international oil and gas companies. These agreements included shareholding structures, transportation arrangements and gas and condensate marketing.
