The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the ultimate guide through the guests shopping experience. Hard Rock merchandise is a unique part of our business, which requires a special person to create the experience. As an RSA, you will be assuming the role of tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician (at heart). and health policies. Employees may only wear official Hard Rock Cafe logo pins on their uniforms. FOH employees will be given 3 pins upon hire but must wear 10 pins by the end of the probationary period. BOH employees can wear pins on their hats but the 10-pin minimum is not mandatory, as they do not interact with guests.
