Solution Overview Deploy New Technologies Quickly with Cisco Managed Services for Service Providers CUSTOMER BENEFITS Cisco Managed Services Deliver a Wide Range of Customer Benefits Up to 50% ROI within first 3 years Faster time to value for new service roll outs, network migrations etc. Superior network availability and service quality Reduced Customer Churn Higher compliance and reduced risk Service providers businesses and operations are undergoing major changes. New initiatives, like IP convergence, cloud, software-defined networks and network virtualization, are driving new business models. These initiatives are also creating opportunities for new revenue streams and greater efficiencies. Speed, agility and flexibility are required for fast access to IT and new applications. Now is the time to invest effort and resources in figuring out how to make this opportunity work for you. You have a chance to disrupt rather than being disrupted. To make the most of the opportunity, you need to stay at the forefront of a fast-evolving and highly competitive marketplace. But service providers face many challenges in using these new initiatives to their advantage. Multilayer virtualized architectures, which enable service providers to take advantage of these opportunities, require different skill sets, tools, and processes compared to traditional operational models. And the fast pace of technological innovation and shrinking life cycles are increasing operational complexity and costs. Typically, 65% of IT budgets are spent just keeping the lights on. Rising customer expectations, bandwidth hungry applications, and increased competition from low-cost providers are squeezing margins, increasing customer churn and impacting revenue growth. Service providers need to transform their operations to ride these new engines of growth. By offering new managed services, you can achieve your goals and stay relevant for your customers. 2014 Cisco and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved. This document is Cisco Public Information.
