The program offers you a broad-based introduction to careers, policies, administration, history, organization, and the evaluation of postsecondary education programs and activities. This degree can benefit entry-level professionals in a variety of administrative areas, including those aspiring to become mid-level administrators of college and university offices, as well as practitioners in a variety of administrative functions desiring further professional development and career enhancement. Online Graduate Certificate in Institutional Research This 15-credit program can help you acquire the skills to support institutional planning and policy formation, as well as methodologies and research practices. Developed with support from the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) and the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), the Penn State higher education program has partnered with World Campus to offer this accredited and fully online certificate.
