Some information for you relative to this schedule: 1. The schedule is shorter than usual because we will soon be holding our Ministry Fair with hopes of adding new names to the current lists of volunteers. With training, we want to give them an opportunity to serve prior to January 2016. 2. At times, ministers cannot make, or fail to show up for, their assignments. Please: a. READ THIS SCHEDULE CAREFULLY for your assignments. The new guy is doing the schedule for the first time. There may be mistakes. If so, let me know. b. If you are serving at a mass, please SIGN IN on the sheets in the vestibule. c. If you cannot make it to your assigned mass, then please contact someone to substitute for you. Ministry lists are available by request in the office. 3. If you are not assigned to a mass, always be prepared to minister as a substitute. a. Please come to every mass dressed as though you are coming to minister. b. Be prepared to help. For example, Lectors, please come to every mass prepared to proclaim either reading whether you are assigned to the mass or not. 4.
