In preparation of an EMR upgrade, Ignis Systems recommends that you perform the following steps in order to preserve the EMR-Link Order and Result interface. Please contact us with questions or concerns regarding the EMR upgrade. 1. Locate and save the emrlink folder on your DTS Server to a location that will not be affected by the upgrade. 2. Locate and save the emrlink folder on your Terminal Server(s) to a location that won t be affected by the upgrade. You can find the emrlink folder in a path similar to C:\Program Files\Centricity Practice Solutions\Client\emrlink (note: depending on your EMR version the Client folder may not be necessary). 3. Perform the EMR upgrade. 4. Once you have upgraded, you will need to copy the emrlink folder onto the new DTS server and Terminal Server(s) in the path where the core Centricity application is held (commonly: C:\Program Files\Centricity Practice Solutions\Client\emrlink). 5. On the DTS Server, locate the emrlink-results.bat file. This file is located within the EMR-Link folder:
a. Right-click on the emrlink-results.bat file. Choose Edit and open with Notepad. b. Double click on the emrlink-results.bat file to ensure there are no errors a black cmd window will briefly appear, and the batch file has ran: f.
