Projects for EPR Limonite Ring The Limonite Ring (LR) is a steel structure, located in the reactor pit between the wall openings of the reactor coolant lines (RCL) and the pool liner support. Ancillary devices to ensure the quality of the component: Approx. ø9000 mm Welding Device: Used for welding the 4 slices on site. Stiffener: To avoid deformations during introduction into the reactor pit. Lifting Device: Used to support the loads during puring operations.
