As member of Executive Management Board, he has been recognized for unprecedented improvement in company s key performance indicators; led in forming and launching of Baking Division and Agri Division; implemented as team lead McDonald s international initiatives; tailored, developed and launched New Crew Development Program; and triumphantly launched various restaurants in major cities of Pakistan.
