With VoIP we are able to carry your voice calls in a digital format over the internet and then convert it back to a standard voice call at the other end. If there is a broadband connection outage in your premises due to power or other faults, the Business VoIP service will not work and you cannot make phone calls including 000 emergency calls. TPG Business VoIP Package is a bundled deal on 18 month contract which includes 3 VoIP Services with 3 TPG VoIP Handsets. Cancelling any single component of this bundled package will result in the cancellation of the whole bundle in which early termination charge will apply. The early termination charge is 50% of the monthly charges that would have been paid between the date of cancellation and the end of the contract period, up to a maximum of $350. TPG Business VoIP does not support Fax, EFTPOS, Back to Base alarms, Line Hunt, Foxtel program purchase, analogue modems and calls to 19/1900 numbers. Business VoIP will only work at the location of your TPG Broadband On-Net service nominated at the time of application. You cannot roam to different locations with Business VoIP service. Call Features Features Description Rate with name display Call your colleagues by just dialing the 3 digits extension numbers with no cost. The name of the caller and dialer will be also displayed. Voicemail Voicemail service gives you the enhanced capability to divert any incoming calls to: j your voicemail, k divert calls to voicemail that are not answered within a specified number of rings l divert calls to voicemail if your number is busy Callers have the option of reviewing or changing their message. You can also record a customised greeting message to make your voicemail more personal. You can nominate a preferred mobile number where we can send notifications for receiving voicemail messages. The voicemail storage is limited to 100 messages. Voicemail to Email Your Voicemail messages will be delivered to your preferred email instantly, so you can grab your important messages anywhere. The voicemail message will be attached in your email as.wav file. Call Forwarding Allows you to divert calls from your phone number to a different number or to your voicemail. You can also divert all calls to be diverted at your desired number or setup diversion if number is busy. standard call rates apply to forwarded calls. Call Barring Allows you to restrict certain call types that can be dialed from your phone. Call Waiting Notifies you of an incoming call on your phone while you are already on a call. You can place your call on hold to answer the incoming call. Number Display/ Number Block Select whether you would like your caller identity blocked or displayed when calling other parties. Caller ID Allows you to see the phone number of the person calling you.

Handset Features Features Description Features Description Voicemail Message Voicemail service will be by default activated, the message key LED light will be ON, which indicates that you have new voice message waiting. To listen to the voicemail message: 1. Press key on your handset 2. Follow the voice prompts to listen to your voice messages Call Transfer To transfer a call: Answer the call and then press the Transfer soft key, Enter the number you want to transfer the call to and then press Transfer key again to complete the process. You can also place a call on Hold and then press the Transfer soft key to complete transferring the call. Call History Contact Directory Ring Tone Call Mute / Un-mute Call Hold / Resume 1. Press the History soft key when the phone is idle, press or key to scroll through the list. 2. Select an entry from the list, you can - Press the Send soft key to place a call or press the Delete soft key to delete the entry. To add a contact: 1. Press the Dir soft key when the phone is idle, then select the Contacts soft key 2. Press the Add soft key to add a contact. Enter name and number using the key pad 3. Press the Save soft key to accept the change You can also Edit by selecting Directory soft key then Contacts > Option > Detail > Update the information and then press the Save soft key to accept the change. You can Delete a contact by selecting Directory soft key then Contacts > Option > Delete > OK Press the Menu soft key when the phone is idle, and then select Settings > Basic Settings > Ring Tones press the scroll key to select your desired ring tone and then press the Save soft key to accept the change. Press to mute the microphone during a call. Press again to un-mute the call To place a call on hold: First Answer the call and then press the Hold soft key to place the call on hold. To resume the call, do one of the following: If there is only a call on hold, press the Resume soft key. If there is more than one call on hold, press or to select the desired call, and then press the Resume soft key. Call Forward 3 Way Conference To setup a conference: Speed Dial You can setup call forward to divert calls to your voicemail, or your preferred mobile or phone number by logging into the Your Account section at TPG website anytime. There are 3 call forwarding options available 1) divert any incoming calls 2) divert calls that are not answered within a specified number of rings 3) divert calls if your number is busy. Call Forwarding from the VoIP handset is disabled. 1. Answer the call then press the Conf soft key during an active call, the call is placed on hold. 2. Enter the number of the second party, and then press the Send soft key. 3. Press the Conf soft key again when the second party answers. All parties are now joined in the conference. You can setup only 2 Speed Dial options from your TPG VoIP Handset. To configure a speed dial key: 1. Press the Menu soft key when the phone is idle, and then select Features > DSS keys. 2. Select between DSS key 2 or DSS key 3 for setting up Speed Dial, you cannot select the DSS key 1. 3. Select Speed Dial from the Type field, select the Line 1 from the Account ID field, and enter the phone number in the Extension field. 4. Press the Save soft key to accept the change. To call using Speed Dial: Press the Speed Dial key to dial out the preset number.

Summary of Terms - Business VoIP 1. Business VoIP service is supplied by TPG Internet Pty Ltd (ABN 15 068 383 737). The TPG Standard Terms and Conditions and TPG Voice Service Description & Terms apply to this service and are part of the agreement under which TPG supplies this service to you. Terms can be found at http://www.tpg.com.au/terms_conditions/ 2. All TPG services are prepaid. You must pay the monthly recurring charges in advance. In addition, you must make a prepayment for usage that is not within the included value (if any) for the plan that you have acquired. Your initial prepayment will be $20. After registration, you may nominate how much you wish to prepay but the minimum prepayment is $20. The prepayment will be debited from your nominated bank account or credit card. By acquiring and continuing to use the service, you agree to an automatic top up of your prepayment. The top up will occur when the amount of prepayment falls to below $10. When that happens, TPG will debit a sufficient amount from your bank account/credit card to restore your nominated prepayment amount. If your usage is high, this can occur more than once per month. You authorise TPG to make such debits to your account/credit card. If you do not exceed the Included Value and do not incur any charges that are excluded from your plan, there will be no automatic top-ups. We will send you messages about your usage and the debits during the month. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your prepayment are unsuccessful. If you do not use the prepayment, it will be forfeited to us when you cancel the service. You agree that no bill will be provided for this service and that direct debiting of your account or charge to your credit card may occur notwithstanding that no bill is provided and that it may occur even though you may not have had the opportunity to check charges at least 10 working days before the debit. 3. If the direct debit of your credit card or bank account for the monthly recurring charges or a top up amount fails, the services will be suspended. You must pay a bank dishonour charge of $10 for any failed direct debit payment from your bank account. 4. If you port your service number to another carrier a port out fee of $11 is payable in addition to any other charges. 5. If you require a new phone number because you have received calls of a harassing nature, we will supply you with a new phone number free of charge on the first occasion. You will have to pay a $25.00 charge for any subsequent phone number changes. 6. Business VoIP service uses VoIP technology and requires an active TPG Broadband On-Net connection. Charges are incurred by you notwithstanding that no bill has been issued. 9. Generally, usage records will be available online up to 24 hours after the usage event but records of some events may take longer than normal. You are liable for all usage events even if we only become aware of them after termination of the service. 10. TPG Business VoIP Package includes 3 TPG VoIP handsets. Equipment is subject to stock availability. If TPG does not have this particular handset model in stock, we will supply you with another model with similar features. Third party VoIP Handsets & Software Clients are not supported and cannot be used with TPG Business VoIP service. $10 delivery fee applies if equipment is not collected from TPG s Head Office. 11. Services are available to approved customers only on direct debit/credit card. Payment by American Express/Diners Club will incur a surcharge of 3.2%.
