Map Update 1. Download the latest South America map from the following link: http://www.ianleng.com/download/na7.zip NOTE: Maps of other countries and regions, please refer to page 4 for detailed information. 2. Unzip this file, and open this path \NA7\ 北美 7 寸 \megoi Now you will find this file BM-primo as below. 3. Please confirm the GPS navigator is power on. 4. Connect the MINI end [ ] of USB cable with the USB port on the left part of GPS device and the normal end [ ] with the Host port on computer. 5. Click button, open USB setting mode interface. After connecting, the screen will display the interface as below: Enter into USB mode indicates it is connected to the PC, the PC can auto recognize GPS navigation, you will find in the root directory. 6. Replace the BM-primo file in the GPS navigation with the latest map date file BM-primo in the step 2. 7. After updating the map date, please pull out the MINI USB cable. Click the Navi Path on you GPS navigation desk, and select the right path for igo8.exe you just undated. Congratulations, now you have completed all the the data update, please enjoy your free driving. Page 2 / 6
Note Data security: Please copy the data to the outer storage device every time before you update your system data. Our company takes no responsibility to any loss of data. Remark The GPS navigator will stop the operation when it is connected with computer. When it is switched into USB mode, you can take any operation. Note In the process of communication, the following operations will break off the connection with computer, the unfinished data will be lost. 1. Pull out the MINI USB cable. 2. Power off. 3.
