6 A surcharge of $0.40 will apply to all calls originating from payphones. For international calling, the cost per call is based on the cost per unit times the number of units per minute times the number of minutes. -to-country (International to International) calling may not be available from all areas. All usage is deducted in whole minute increments. Partial minutes are rounded up to the next whole minute. The per-minute cost of a call will be deducted on a real-time basis as the card is used until the full amount of the card is exhausted. The customer will be notified in advance of the exhaustion of the card. The rates contained in this matrix are subject to change. The rates in effect at the time a customer purchases a card are the rates which will be in effect until the card is depleted. The toll free number on the card is used for access. The expiration date is printed on the card. The following types of calls may not be completed with the this card: calls to 700, 900 and toll free numbers; calls to Directory Assistance; operator assistance calls and calls requiring time and/or charges. Calls placed from a rotary phone will default to a Sprint operator for call dialing only. This card has a "recharge" feature whereby the consumer may add minutes to their phone card by calling the 800 number on the back of the card. Consumers may add up to $100 one time in a 24-hour period. Additional time must be paid for by the consumer with a major credit card and will be added to the prepaid card once the credit card has been verified. The recharge rates will equal the rates of the prepaid card at the time of purchase. Issued: August 30, 2002 Effective: August 30, 2002
