Protect yourself, patients and others against any foreseeable dangers. In order to do so, follow the safety instructions. Use the equipment as intended. You should always keep these operating instructions within reach for further reference. Prevent infection and cross-contamination between patients, users, and third parties as follows: Sterilize equipment after each patient. If the instrument is defective, the area around the instrument head may heat up, thus creating a risk of burning the patient's oral mucosa. Immediately discontinue use in the case of malfunction or damage. Damaged instruments may cause injury. Notify the dental depot or the manufacturer. Do not repair the instrument yourself. Use only Sirona original or approved parts. Safe operation is not guaranteed for parts that have not been approved by Sirona. The rotary drive movement is converted into a vibration movement with the T1 LINE CONDENS. The rotary drive movement is converted into a vertical reciprocating movement of 0.4 or 1.1 mm, respectively, with the EVA contra-angle handpiece.
