Version 4 2 October 2015 Terms and Conditions: Centre Circle Carrier Twitter Competition By entering this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them. The promotion is a prize draw for the chance to win a place as a centre circle carrier at the Manchester City Vs Sevilla FC UEFA Champions League match at 7.45pm on the 21 st October 2015, at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester (the 'Prize'). Carriers must be between 14-20 years old. Carriers aged 14-20 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. As part of the Prize, carriers and their guest will also receive a hospitality ticket to the match. Entry into the draw is by retweeting one of the promotional tweets announcing the competition from the @NissanUK Twitter feed and to.follow @NissanUK. Who may enter 1. This free prize draw ( Promotion ) is open to permanent residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 and over. 2. Employees (or family members of employees), of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion. 3. Further Prize conditions: a. Centre circle carriers must be aged between 14 and 20; b. If the winner is aged 18-20, then they may accept a place as a centre circle carrier for themselves; c. A winner who is not eligible to be a centre circle carrier may nominate a child (aged 14-18) of whom they are the legal parent or guardian or an adult (aged 18-20) to be the centre circle carrier; d. The winner (and, if applicable, their nominated centre circle carrier) may be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required to validate their eligibility to claim the prize; e. The winner (and, if applicable, their nominated centre circle carrier) will be expected to comply with these terms and any third party terms and conditions that form part of the prize. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the winner being asked to forfeit the Prize at their own cost; f. The winner must be able to attend the Etihad Stadium, Manchester on 21 st October and must arrive at such time before the match as is advised by the Promoter; g. Centre circle carriers aged 14-18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; h. Centre circle carriers must be willing and able to perform the role and able to understand and follow instructions in English (with translation from their parent/guardian if necessary); i. Centre circle carriers must behave in an appropriate manner at all times throughout and must follow the instructions of the UEFA representative; j. Centre circle carriers will be provided with a Nissan tracksuit, which they may keep after the match k. follow @NissanUK as well as having to retweet the relevant tweet to be entered into the drawcentre circle carriers will not be provided with footwear. Centre circle carriers

should bring training shoes in a dark or neutral colour (no bright colours), which are either Adidas branded or unbranded; k. No photos are to be taken in the technical area prior to the match (this includes photos taken with mobiles); l. Appropriate behaviour is expected towards UEFA s officials and team representatives (players, coaching staff, etc.) from both the centre circle carrier and their guest; m. Players and team staff may not be asked for photographs and/or autographs; n. No sort of filming inside the stadium perimeter is allowed; o. No parent/guardian/guest will be allowed to accompany the centre circle carrier once they have met the UEFA representative until after the performance. Attendance of parents/guardians/guests at the briefing/rehearsal is not allowed; p. The movement/positioning of the parent/guardian/guest during the performance will be defined by UEFA and explained during the rehearsal; q. Hospitality tickets include A light meal and drinks in the champions club r. Travel to and from the Etihad Stadium, Manchester is not included as part of the prize; s. No accommodation is included in the prize; t. Entry to the stadium is subject to the conditions on entry for fans on the match date centre circle carriers and their parent/guardian/guest are responsible for complying with all such conditions; u. Except mobile phones used for personal private use, centre circle carriers and their parent/guardian/guest may not bring into the stadium, or use within the stadium, equipment capable of transmitting or recording audio and/or visual material or data relating to the match; v. The winner may be required to sign (on behalf of themselves and, if applicable, their nominated centre circle carrier) a legal waiver, confidentiality undertaking, assignment of rights and disclaimer of liability as a condition of accepting and partaking in the prize; 4. The prize will be forfeited if the winner is unable to attend the Etihad Stadium, Manchester on 21 st October 2015. The Prize may be forfeited at the discretion of the Promoter if the winner does not arrive at such time before the match as is required by the Promoter for preparations, rehearsal etc. 5. No purchase necessary. Promotional Period 6. Enter between on Friday 9 th October until 5pm (British Mean Time)on Sunday 11 th October 2015 (the Promotional Period ). How to enter 7. Entrants will need to log into their Twitter account (or create one for free) and then retweet a Nissan tweet announcing the competition to be entered into the draw. They must also follow @NissanUK Winner selection and notification 8. 3 winners will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator from all complete, correct and eligible retweets made before the closing date. 2

9. The winners will be notified by direct message via Twitter within around 3 working days of the end of the Promotional Period. 10. The winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility (and, if applicable, the name, eligibility of their nominated centre circle carrier and contact details for the prize) plus acceptance of the prize within 2 days of initial contact. In the event the winner does not respond to communications within 2 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate the prize to an alternative winner selected in the same manner. The Prize 11. The (3) winners will] a centre circle carrier for the UEFA match Manchester City Vs Sevilla at 7.45pm on the 21 st October 2015 for: (a) themselves (if they are aged 18-20); or (b) a nominated child (age 14-18) of whom they are a parent or legal guardian; or (c) a nominated adult (aged 18-20). The prize includes a match ticket and a champions' club hospitality pass for the centre circle carrier and their guest. The centre circle carrier will receive a Nissan tracksuit to wear while being a centre circle carrier. No travel or accommodation is included. 12. Where applicable, third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prize. 13. Details of prize winners names and region or county will be available for one month after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of the prize) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part of the prize) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and nontransferable. Please note that the unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. Liability 15. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes the Promoter s (or any third party s liability) for (i) death or personal injury arising from the Promoter (or third party s) negligence, or (ii) fraud. 16. So far as is permitted by law the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion, and b) any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach the intended recipient), or use of the prize, and c) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter s reasonable control. 3

17. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for the unavailability of Twitter or for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry. Entries must not be made through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. 18. The Promoter s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. 19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 20. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or any other social media platform. By entering the Promotion all entrants agree to the terms and conditions set out by any social media platform the Entrant is required to use in order to take part in the Promotion. 21. The Promoter is not responsible if centre circle carriers and/or their guests/guardians are refused entry or are ejected from the stadium because they have not complied, or are suspected not to have complied, with the conditions of entry. Exclusions 22. Entrants can enter as many times as they wish but will only be eligible to win a maximum of one Prize. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entrants must not create multiple Twitter accounts to enter. Setting up multiple Twitter accounts may result in disqualification from the promotion and/or Twitter taking action for breach of its terms of service. This action may include automatically filtering an account out of Twitter search, which may prevent the Promoter from identifying an entry. 23. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. 24. Incomplete or illegible entries, by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by for example, the use of script, brute force, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, or random guessing codes or any other automated means in order to increase that participant s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person s entries will be disqualified and any reward will be void. 25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. 26. Any entries that are deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry will be discarded. Intellectual Property 4

By entering the promotion, entrants give their permission for their entries and any details provided to be used by the Promoter without further compensation for any purpose including promotional purposes for an unlimited period of time. Copyright will remain with the entrant. The entrant understands and agrees to the Promoter publishing these entries on but not limited to their website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. They also agree to other possible promotional use in media of the Promoter s choosing without any payment or need to acknowledge the entrant as the author. Personal Details 28. The Promoter will use each winner s (and their nominated centre circle carrier's), and each entrant s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. If you have opted in, the Promoter may also use the details you give us to contact you for marketing purposes by post, email and/or SMS. 30. The winner agrees (on behalf of themselves and, if applicable, their nominated centre circle carrier) to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. Governing Law 31. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion (including the Prize), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion (including the Prize). Promoter 32.
