INTRODUCTION Founded in 1973 ISOCAB have more than 25 years experience in the polyurethane panel industry. Not only in the manufacture of sandwich panels but in every aspect of panel construction and its many varied applications. Beginning with the production of small to mediumsized coldrooms in Harelbeke-Bavikhove (Belgium). As early as 1975 the company was building coldstores and freezers for slaughterhouses, meat companies and all areas of the food industry. Isocab continually invests in the research and development of it s product base. Research in the door product area ensures the range is continually updated. Products included are manual and automatic sliding doors, hinged doors, flip-flap doors and office doors. Industial panels to a maximum of 12 metres have been produced by Isocab since 1986, offering an even stronger product range in the construction of large cooling and freezing stores and industrial buildings. In 1989 ISOCAB FRANCE I was opened in Dunkirk (France). In this factory insulated wall and roof panels are produced on a continuous line. Further investment in Dunkirk in 1992 with ISOCAB FRANCE II, for wall and roof cladding producing profiles; trims, steeldeck for cold and for warm roofs, and soffits. The administrative centre of the ISOCAB Group is established in the Treurnietstraat 10 in Harelbeke-Bavikhove (Belgium). Isocabs vast experience, continual reinvestment, unique production systems and an uncompromising commitment to perfection, have led the company to the top of the European insulation industry. That is why Isocab has worldwide so many satisfied customers: in the commercial sector, from hotels and restaurants to retail shops and in the industrial sector, with slaughterhouses, food processing plants and super markets. A full turnkey project service is available. The good client relationship is for Isocab the same as a life insurance. ISOCAB N.V. in Harelbeke - Bavikhove, Treurnietstraat Administration Centre
TECHNICAL DETAILS TYPES DESCRIPTION THICKNESSES ISO 6 = 60 mm ISO 8 = 80 mm ISO 10 = 100 mm ISO 14 = 140 mm MODULE SIZES APPEARANCE PANEL FACING LOCKING-SYSTEMS INSULATION ISO 6 (C) - ISO 8 (H) - ISO 10 (F) - ISO 14 (D) ISOCAB panels comprise of two steel skins that are injected with a high pressure polyurethane foam, thus creating an insulated sandwich panel. A double tongue and groove jointing method ensures easy quick and stable installation. The ISO 6 panels being similar in construction have only single interrupted tongue and groove connection. The ISOCAB lock is foamed into the panel at a maximum of 600 mm in order to pull the panels together thus ensuring a secure airtight joint either at the panel or corner profile. The ISOCAB locking is operating by a 10 mm Allen key, operated through two 90 turns pulling the panels together, and is totally demountable. The external skins of the panels incorporate a single return bend and incorporate a non-ageing close cell compressible seal. 300 mm WEIGHT ISO 6 = abt. 12,5 kg/m 2 ISO 8 = abt. 13,3 kg/m 2 ISO 10 = abt. 14,1 kg/m 2 ISO 14 = abt. 15,7 kg/m 2 APPLICATION CORNER-PROFILES VENTILATION PROFILES OPTIONAL Width = 300-600 - 900-1200 mm (tolerance abt. 1,0 mm) Length = 300 up to 3900 mm (tolerance abt. 1,5 mm) Surface = smooth Edges = ISO 6 = interrupted tongue-and-groove connection ISO 8, 10 and 14 = with a double, conical tongue-and-groove profile.
