Omri Avisaf (Law and Government) Omri is Living in Tel Aviv. Served as a Lieutenant in IDF's 50th "Nahal" combat brigade. Volunteers with teens at risk at the youth center of ELEM in Kfar Saba. Omri aspires to be a successful lawyer after graduation. Acted as a counselor at the Recanati International School and currently is the coordinator for the counselors of RRIS students in Business and psychology. Danielle Pollanz (Law and Business) Counselors' Coordinator for Communications and Government. Danielle served as an officer in the IDF Intelligence Unit. After finishing her first year of studies at the IDC, Danielle took part in a prestigious student exchange program and received a full one year scholarship to study at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Today at IDC she is a member of the Radzyner Law School law journal 'Law and Business'. Danielle plans to combine her international approach and love of Israel in her legal career and hopes to further both human and animal rights worldwide. Shira Porat (Law and Government) Coordinator of the MA Counselors students. Following her military service as an officer at the Foreign Relations Division, Shira was appointed as the Executive Assistant to the Ambassador at the Israel Embassy in Washington DC. During this time she also served as Secretary of the Defense & Armed Forces Attaché and volunteered at the JCC in Washington DC as a Pilates instructor. Today, together with her studies at IDC Shira works at the business development & marketing department at BDO Ziv Haft Shira wants to pursue a career as a lawyer, specializing in the international corporate, high tech and international tax areas. Tamar Awad (Psychology at the RRIS) Counselor for the OBD MA program. She was born in the US and at a young age made Aliya with her family. She did "Sherut Leumi" (National service) for 2 years as a therapeutic horseback riding instructor. She worked with children and adults with various disabilities. After her service, Tamar returned to California for 6 years, where she worked and studied. Tamar now coaches a triathlon team of children and adults, and teaches martial arts (Brazilian jiu jitsu). Tamar plans to be a psychologist and combine her 2 passions: helping children by using sports.

Yoav Artzi (Communication) Counselor for Communication. Yoav was born and raised in Kefar-Saba, he currently lives in Tel-Aviv. Yoav was a member of the Youth Movement "Noam. He served as a sergeant in the IDF Navy. Today Yoav works as an editor and an animator. Daniel Aschheim (Government and Diplomacy) Counselor for Business. Daniel was born in Jerusalem, where he still lives today. After being a counselor for 3 years at the "Zofim", Israel's leading youth organization, Daniel joined the IDF Intelligence Corps where he was a commander of a squad at the 8200 Unit. Daniel represented Israel in Austria as part of the "Young Ambassador" program of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Was awarded the Israeli President's Annual Award for his work in the Student Councils field. After the end of his degree, Daniel plans to enter Israeli politics or join the diplomatic service. He also takes part at the IDC Debate Society. Yakov Cimerring (Law and Business) Counselor for Business. Yaakov made "Aliya" to Jerusalem with his family at the age of four. Growing up he took part in the Bnei Akiva youth group both as camper and counselor, and later became a head counselor. He served in the IDF in a classified intelligence unit. Following his Army service Yaakov went on "Shlichut" to Memphis in the United States through the Jewish Agency, and taught Judaism and various topics to the local Jewish community. He currently holds the position of General Director of "Nafkamina" - a Religious Zionist student movement. His dream and goal is to become an accomplished judge in the Supreme Court. Elad Erdan (Law and Government) Counselor for Psychology. Elad was born and raised in Shoham. In his youth, took part in the Israeli scouts movement, and joined the "Tzofim Summer Delegation" to American Jewish communities. He served as a writer for the IDF magazine Bamahane. After his service he worked as a Shaliach in a summer camp in north California. Today, he is his class representative and the welfare coordinator of the student body at IDC. Eyal Gibstein (Law and Government) Counselor for Business. Born in Los Angeles and moved to Israel when he was 6. Served as a combat team commander in the IDF artillery core. Selected to serve as a volunteer "Soldier Emissary" to the Buffalo Jewish Community Center, working as a counselor in the Jewish day camp. Eyal participates in the debate club and is now an alumnus of the Stand With Us program which advocates for Israel. He Volunteers in the Israeli "Shalom" judicial courts as an aiding law student for Israeli citizens who encounter difficulties with the government.

Joey Lightstone (Law and Government) Counselor for MA Government, CT Track. Joey was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to Israel in 2005. He is currently living in Tel-Aviv. Joey served in the IDF for three years as a tank commander in the 188th Armored Brigade. Since finishing the army, he has volunteered as an English teacher at College4All, an after school program for disadvantaged children, and as a mentor for the Perach organization. Joey hopes to work as a government legal advisor after graduation. Ma'ayan Kuzy (Government) Counselor for Government. Served as an officer in the Search and Rescue unit for four years. After the army she worked for the Young Judea "Year Course" program as counselor, coordinator etc. She is a "Capoeira teacher and takes part in the project "students build community", working with adolescents at risk. Ma'ayan sees herself and her fellow students at IDC as the strong leading generation of the future! Liron Koren (Law and Government) Counselor for the MA students. Liron served as a squad commander in the IDF and later as a Lieutenant in the IDF Liaison unit of COGAT: Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories of Gaza. During that time she was in charge of the humanitarian center on the border of Gaza. After finishing her service she volunteered in "Klik" and was a camp counselor in CT and London for two summers. Michal Lipton (Law and Government) Counselor for Psychology. Born in the USA and raised in Kokhav Ya ir. Michal served in the Field Intelligence Corps at Mount Dov. Today she works as a bartender at the "reading 3" club and as a waitress at the Chin Chin", Sublet and Octopus clubs. In her spare time Michal does Bikram Yoga. Libat Marinsky (Law and Government) Counselor for Government. Libat was born and raised in Tel Aviv and today she lives in Herzeliya. She works as a tutor. Libat served as a Company Clerk in "Dovdevan" and then as the secretary for the Deputy Chairman of the Chief of Staff. In the future she hopes to become a successful criminal lawyer.

Lirut Nave (Communications) Counselor for Communication. Born and raised in Israel, aside from a few years in which she lived in Paris. During her IDF service she was stationed in the Jordan valley as a sergeant in the operations room. Lirut is currently a producer and content editor for the IDC radio station. In future, she hopes to make her way into the media industry. Daniel Nimrodi (Law and Business) Counselor for Business. Daniel was born in Ramat-Gan and currently lives in Tel Aviv. He Served as a fighter and as a commander in the IDF's K9 infantry unit "Oketz". He works as a guide for court tours for high school teenagers. After graduation he will start his legal articling position in the District Attorney's office as a prosecutor. Avishai Ostrin. (Law and Government) Counselor for Communications. Avishai was born in Harrisburg, PA in 1985 and made Aliyah to Jerusalem in 1992, where he grew up. After high school he attended Yeshiva on Kibbutz Ein Tzurim. He served as a soldier and commander in Field Intelligence. He then went on to teach and develop curricula for commanders and officers in training. After his army service Avishai worked for Nativ, the USY college leadership program, and for Ramah Israel Seminar. He began his studies in Law and Government in 2010. Noa Rosin (Communication) Counselor for Communication. Noa was born and raised in Ramat-Gan, she is currently living in Tel-Aviv. Before joining the army she participated in a one-year volunteer program sponsored by the Youth Movement "HaZofim", working with children and teenagers in the development town of Sderot. Noa served as a producer at the IDF spokesperson's film unit. She works at "Walla", a big Israeli website, as a journalist in the matters of food and culture. Noam Sella (Law and Government) Counselor for Business. Originally from Even Yehuda, now lives in Tel-Aviv. Served for two years in the IDF intelligence unit. Works as a flight attendant in "El Al". After graduation Noam plans to work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dan Shika (Government) Counselor for Government. Born and raised in Kochav Yair, now lives in Tel Aviv. Served for 4 years as a sergeant major and a commander of privates in unit 669, one of two Special Force units of the Israeli Air Force. He took part in the "Stand With Us" fellowship. Dan Volunteers in "Hashomer hachadash" - protecting Jewish cattle farms around Israel. He was made a representative of the Jewish Agency in a summer camp in Wisconsin, as the head of the Alpine tour program. He now works as a bartender in Tel Aviv. This year he will be starting his master in European studies, as well as finishing his bachelor s degree. Gideon Tifris (Law and Government) Counselor for MA in Diplomacy. Gideon was born in Russia and raised in Arad. He served in the combat unit Maglan. Gideon volunteers with disabled and deprived children and aspires to be a successful lawyer. Zohar Minkowicz (Psychology) Counselor for Psychology. Zohar was born and raised Kochav Yair and is currently living in Tel Aviv. She was a member of the Israeli scouts for several years. Zohar served in the army as a "Mashakit Tash" (taking care of the soldiers service conditions) in 411 Artillery Battalion for 2 years. After her service, Zohar was a representative of the Jewish Agency in a summer camp in New York as a counselor for a group of 15 campers. She worked at "Ben Gurion" international airport as a selector for 18 months, before and during her first year at IDC. This year she will start a new position as a guided researcher at the IDC. Shira Zaidenbaum (Government) Counselor for Government. She served as a social worker in the IDF, then worked as a riding instructor in summer camps in the US. Shira is a 3 rd year student in Lauder school of Government. During her studies she wrote for the Avatgard magazine of the IDC, took part in the Ambassador Club of Stand With Us fellowship and volunteered with youth at risk in Netanya, helping them with educational issues. She also organized 'Democracy Day' of the IDC, a panel of Knesset members discussing the issue of African refugees in Israel with. Shira hopes to join a human rights organization and help refugees and other people in need.

Gilad Zuberi (Law And Business) Counselor for Communications. Gilad was born in Jerusalem and was raised in Kochav Yair. During elementary school he lived in San Antonio Texas (USA) and he is currently living in Tel Aviv. Growing up he was a member of the Israeli scouts Hatzofim. Gilad volunteered at a school for autistic children. He served as a Company Commander (Captain) at the IDF s Armored Corps. Gilad is a radio personality at the IDC Radio. After his graduation He will begin his articling position at a large law firm in the field of commercial law and hopes to be a successful businessman.
