POWERLINK Motor Performance Test (AC Dynamometer) POWERLINK Motor Test (AC Dynamometer) Electric vehicle motor dynamometer test bench system can carry out performance study and evaluation and provide reliable experimental basis for motor using in electric vehicle. OVERVIEW This system mainly works on performance, durability and strategic development of verification test on electric vehicle motor and its controller. The major tests include: Motor torque-speed characteristic and efficiency Overload capacity of motor and controller Renewable energy feedback Highest speed for over-speed Constant torque test (torque < dynamometer rated torque) can be set below rotational speed n (n <dynamometer rated speed) through industrial PC. The speed n or above is the constant power test. The torque-speed (T-n) and efficiency-speed (w-n, η-n) curves can be plotted and displayed on computer screen. All test data can be instantly saved and printed. Motor power performance testing: Loaded motor speed-time (n-t) curve can be set through industrial PC. The voltage-speed (V-n) and motor power-speed (w-n) curve can be plotted and displayed on computer screen. All test data can be instantly saved and printed. TEST REQUIREMENT Precise determination of output power and efficiency of the tested motor Precise determination of the mechanical characteristic of the tested motor Automatic switching between dynamometer loading mode and motoring mode. Power consumption can be precisely determined. After completing above tests, test reports can be automatically printed (including all above test data and curves). FC3000 (ENGINE) AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM FC3000 APPLICABLE SPECIFICATION The program includes a complete set of AC dynamometer and automatic measurement/ control system for testing engine performance. This engine test bench can be used for testing engine power, economy, emission optimization, turbocharger matching and optimized calibration of engine development process. SYSTEM EXTENSIBILITY OTHER SYSTEM CONNECTION: ETHERNET/ ASAM3 AGREEMENT When the engine is tested on test bench, according to the test standards and specifications, system may access certain special equipment. These special systems are often provided by other manufacturers or companies. User may request to integrate the measurement and control data from these instruments on the computer monitor or digital display. Besides, user may demand to have those measured results embedding in the same test report. FC3000 (Engine) Automatic Measurement and Control System can meet all above requirements. Measured data from peripheral instruments can be accessed through cables or various signal format to FC3000 data acquisition system (Digital signal can be directly transmitted to computer). By initialization setting of acquisition module, different forms of signal can be processed as digital signal and transmitted through Ethernet or ASAM3 agreement to display unit and computer terminal.
