Sonera Spotify Premium Sonera Spotify Premium is a music service for Sonera mobile customers. It provides a legal way to store music on your computer and mobile. Its evergrowing music library boasts more than 10 million songs for unlimited listening. The service is available through the Spotify Premium player software which is installed on the computer and/or mobile phone. The service costs 9.95 per month. The normal service charge ( 9.95) will be charged on your mobile phone invoice each invoicing period regardless of whether you use the service on a computer or on a mobile phone. Data transfer is not included in the usage fee. If you dial the international prefix 00 or + (on a mobile phone) without the operator prefix, your calls will be automatically routed to the 990 network. Mobile phone abroad Calls placed and calls received abroad and supplementary services are divided into six price categories, each of which has a standard rate of its own whatever the day of week, time of day or the operator. The table below indicates the charges for calls and supplementary services abroad. Calls and SMSs abroad Receiving SMSs is toll-free all over the world. In price category 1 and 2, the minimum charge for calls placed to Finland, the country of stay or other countries of price categories 1 and 2 is the charge for 30 sec. After this, per-second charging is applied. In the other price categories, the charging unit for calls is 30 seconds. In price categories 1 and 2, call reception is charged for in periods of 1 sec; in the other price categories the period is 30 sec. The prices apply to standard-rate calls and SMSs, not to special-rate calls or messages to service numbers, for example. For example, if you have the Smart Surf service on your Internet stick in Finland, you have 50 MB per day available to you for 7,04 in price category 1. In Sonera Exact package entities, data transfer in TeliaSonera s networks is included in the domestic Surf package in price category 1. In the countries of price categories 2 and 3B, you have 20 MB available to you. If you have a Sonera Basic subscription, you have 20 MB per day at your disposal in the countries of price categories 1, 2 and 3B. Data transmission in the countries of price categories 3 to 6 In the countries of price categories 3 to 6, data transmission is charged for in blocks of 50 KB, and the price is 0,61/ 50 KB. Data transfer of Control subscriptions In the countries of price categories 1 and 2, the data transmission of Control subscriptions costs 0,86/ MB and is charged for in blocks of 1 KB. In the countries of price categories 3 to 6, data transmission costs 0,61/50KB. Exceptions are Turkey and Thailand, where data transmission costs 0,14/50 KB Sending multimedia messages abroad costs 0,40/message + the data transfer charge applied to the price category. Receipt of a multimedia message abroad is charged at the price applied to data transfer in the price category in question. Placing video calls abroad is charged at the call price applied to the price category + an additional video call charge of 1,26/min. Video calls received in a foreign country are subject to a call reception charge according to the applicable price category + an additional video call charge of 0,26/min. The charged unit for the additional video call charge is 1 second. Cap on international data transfer The cap guarantees that your mobile transfer charges abroad will not exceed 62,00 per month in an invoicing period. As of July 1, 2010, Sonera s mobile subscriptions have had a cap on international data transfer. When you transfer data abroad and approach the cap, you will get an SMS informing you on how to proceed. If you do not change the cap, the data connection will be disconnected when you reach the limit. You will get another SMS warning before the disconnection. The cap alternatives for international data transfer are 124, 372, 620, 1860 and 6,200 per invoicing period. Changes regarding the cap on international data transfer are free of charge. You can change the price cap of international data transfer by SMS 17). The SMS is free of charge in Finland. Abroad, the message is subject to the applicable standard SMS prices. You can also change the cap at the Omat Sivut site. At Omat Sivut, you can raise the price cap up to 1,860 euros. You can raise the cap to 6,200 euros or remove it altogether by contacting our customer service. Customers with Sonera Exact receive an invoice for each invoicing month, regardless of the invoice total. Charges for calls made in Finland: per-minute charge according to the mobile subscription type for each minute or part of minute. The pricing applies to the Sonera Basic subscription and the Sonera Exact subscription in the case of calls not included in the package. In the call packages of the Exact subscription, domestic calls are deducted from the selected total number of minutes on a per-second basis. Reference numbers 1) The per-minute price of calls exceeding the package does not apply to calls to premium-rate service numbers or company numbers or to international calls or calls made abroad. 2) By selecting a suitable package entity to your Exact subscription, you can use your phone abroad without worry: the Call, Message and Surf package automatically includes usage in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, when you call or send messages to any of these countries or to Finland and when you receive calls in these countries. In the above countries, the subscription operates only in TeliaSonera s networks. The pricing of a domestic Call, Message and Surf package is applied abroad on the conditions specified in the service description of the Exact subscription. Sonera is not responsible for any files or parts of files that are lost, not received or received corrupted on account of a lost data connection. 4) The set-up charge for a data call is 0.11/call, and it is charged when the call has lasted 30 seconds. 5) The maximum length of one SMS is 160 characters. Some terminal devices allow you to write and send text messages of more than 160 characters.
