CHAIRMAN AND CEO REPORT In 2012, Oregon Community Credit Union experienced positive loan growth and posted positive net income that surpassed 2011, allowing us to continue making investments in the systems, solutions and infrastructure you have asked for, such as a streamlined loan application process, online account opening, new Internet Banking tools, enhanced Mobile Banking services, multi-functional ATMs and remote deposit services. These are just a few of the enhancements on the horizon that will allow us to serve you even more conveniently and effectively. Credit unions were founded on the principle of people helping people, and we re proud to say one of our core strengths is helping our members make their dreams come true with a variety of products and services. Last year, we helped hundreds of members with mortgage loans making us one of the top mortgage lenders in Lane County. And, as one of the top five auto lenders in Oregon, we ve been able to help finance cars, trucks and recreational vehicles for thousands in Oregon. We ve also been able to help members in difficult situations keep their homes and vehicles through workout loans and loan modifications. exceptional member service and bring new products and services to you. We started lease negotiations for a state-of-the-art branch prototype in Salem that, with the rapid adoption of online services, will provide a more nimble, service-focused and streamlined approach to branches where members can quickly self-serve for routine transactions, yet still have staff available for other needs. We also will continue to work on the technology investments that help make your financial transactions easy and convenient, improve our efficiency and keep your important confidential member information safe and sound. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Management and each of our more than 250 employees, we would like to extend our most sincere appreciation for your continued trust and membership. It goes without saying that over the past few years we have seen difficult economic times. During all of that, Oregon Community Credit Union has remained safe and strong and we have continued to serve our membership in new and exciting ways. We continue our commitment to be the local answer for our members and to provide exceptional service with every interaction. We ve worked hard to help our members reach their long-term financial goals. At the end of 2012, Oregon Community Investment Services was managing over $185 million in assets for more than 4,000 members. These members put their trust in us to help them reach their retirement goals, manage their funds in retirement and increase their overall personal wealth. Thank you for being our member. Abe Kossol, Board Chair We have exciting plans for the year ahead and our team is passionate about finding ways to continue to provide Mandy Jones, CEO

PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE We believe that making investments in services and programs that help support our communities is of great benefit to our members. In 2012, we contributed more than $400,000 to community organizations and financial literacy initiatives. In addition, our employees gave 2,095 volunteer hours to help strengthen the communities we serve. ANYTIME, ANYWHERE ACCESS We strive to give our members choices and to develop tools that allow you to do business with us the way you want. In 2012, we added enhanced Internet Banking, all-new Online Bill Pay and Mobile Banking. We added even more on-the-go functionality with ATM enhancements and, in early 2013, Remote Deposit Services. This is just the beginning for Oregon Community. We are working today on bringing new tools to our website like online account opening, easier loan applications and better calculators to help you explore all of your options when it is convenient for you. We also have additional enhancements to Internet Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Banking on our roadmap, each designed to help our member owners find even more convenient ways to access their Oregon Community accounts. NEW PRODUCTS In June, we introduced the NICE and NICE Perks Platinum Visa Credit Cards. We then expanded our long-standing relationship with Oregon s two largest public universities to offer the Duck Card Platinum Visa with the University of Oregon Alumni Association, and the OSU Beaver Card SM Platinum Visa with the Oregon State University Alumni Association. Each of these Visa credit cards are managed and underwritten right here in Oregon.

Our new ATM in Springfield s Thurston area is a feature-rich, drive-up that can accommodate many everyday transactions for our members. It can handle withdrawals, cash and check deposits, balance inquiries and the transfer of funds between accounts, all without even getting out of your car. We re proud to partner with United Way of Lane County throughout the year. In 2012, we were able to contribute books for all ages to help support their Summer Reading Spots program. FROM YOUR SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE The Supervisory Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors from among the members of Oregon Community Credit Union. The Committee acts as our members representative in monitoring and guiding operations of the Credit Union, making sure it is soundly managed. The Committee ensures an overall financial audit and verification of members accounts are performed on an annual basis and that the Credit Union has adequate internal controls on operational procedures to provide for the safety of our members assets. The Committee reviews all audits and reports any significant findings to the Board of Directors. The annual financial audit and verification of members accounts for 2012 were completed by the Certified Public Accounting firm Eide Bailly, LLP, with an effective date of September 30, 2012. No significant issues were reported and, in a formal opinion letter, Eide Bailly, LLP confirmed the financial statements fairly represent the financial position of Oregon Community Credit Union. In addition to the verification of members accounts and annual financial audit, the committee also reviews all other internal audits. During 2012, these internal audits were performed by RSM McGladrey, Inc. Credit Union Management continues to respond promptly to implement procedural changes to strengthen the Credit Union s operational soundness. The support and cooperation from the Board of Directors, Management and Staff has enabled us to perform our duties and is greatly appreciated. Questions may be directed to any of the Supervisory Committee members: Greg Nelson (Chair), Bill Phillips, Rex Ballenger, Jeanine Wallace, Jason Barber or Rick Varnum.
