Web Capture Client Workstation Upgrade Fixes The following issues have been resolved in Enterprise Source Capture (SCS) version 4.2.2.37 1. Unnecessary Panini scanner pop up images 2. Image/MICR Mismatch issues. 3. Merchant Capture Users submitting out of balance bathes. 4. Scanning Page hung after hopper empty causing batch to be stuck in uploading. How to check if you are an Admin on Windows XP Step 1: Click on Start-> Settings -> Control Panel. Step 2: Double Click User Accounts 3

Step 3: Find your User Name and check the Group for Administrators. Step 4: If your User Name is in the group Administrators, please proceed to the Upgrade Procedures on Page 7. If your User Name is not in the Administrators group, you will not have sufficient admin rights to complete the install and you will need to contact your network support. 4

How to check if you are an Admin on Windows 7 Step 1: Click on Start. Step 2: Type UAC. Step 3: Click on Change User Account Control settings. 5

Step 4: If you have admin rights the User Account Control Settings dialog box will open. Please proceed to the Upgrade Procedures on Page 7. If the User Account Control Settings box does not open, then you will not have sufficient admin rights to complete the install and you will need to contact your network support. 6

Upgrade Procedures Remove SCO1251 from your workstation IMPORTANT: Make sure that a user with local admin rights is logged on. Step 1: Open Control Panel Step 2: Click Programs and Features or Add or Remove Programs, depending on your Windows Operating System Step 3: Look for SCO Workstation components SCO1251 Step 4: If installed double click the icon and follow prompts to remove the software. Once removed or if not installed please move to the upgrade procedures below. 7

Make sure all ActiveX settings have been reviewed before logging on the Enterprise Source Capture Application. Step 1: Open Internet Explorer Browser Step 2: Click Tools, then Internet Options Step 3: On the General tab, click Delete The Delete Browsing History dialog box will appear or 8

Windows Internet Explorer Browser 8 cont d. Step 15: Scroll down to the Settings section. Under Miscellaneous, disable the Pop-up Blocker. Step 16: Click OK Step 17: Click Yes on the warning box. 13

Windows Internet Explorer Browser 8 cont d. Step 18: Click OK Step 19: Close the Internet Explorer browser. Step 20: Launch the Web Capture Website again, and log on. IMPORTANT: A warning message will appear at the top of the page indicating that a file has been blocked by Internet Explorer. Click Download File. 14

Windows Internet Explorer Browser 8 cont d. Step 21: Select Run. Step 22: You may be asked to run the Fiserv ZipTrc Installer. If so, select Run Add-on on All Websites. Step 23: Click OK after the file has completed the run process. After you run SetupZiptrc.exe, click OK. Important: You will be logged off and returned to the logon on page. Before proceeding Merchants users must close and re-launch your browser before logging back into Web Capture. This will happen after each ActiveX Control is downloaded. You will need to close, re-open and log back on three (3) separate times to complete the install. 15

Windows Internet Explorer Browser 8 cont d. Step 24: Click Run. Step 25: After Opening a previously scanned batch or creating a new batch of work, you will be asked to run the AlternaTiff ActiveX Control. Select Run Add-on on All Websites. Step 26: Select Run. Upgrade is Complete! 16
