THE INTERNET IS. a network that links computer networks all over the world by satellite and telephone, connecting users with service networks such as e-mail, World Wide Web, chatting, etc. 4

American children are currently spending an average of 7.5 hours a day watching TV, using cell phones, social networking, and listening to ipods 30
INTERNET GROWTH SECTOR AT LAST, SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! 80% of five to sevenyear-olds use the internet and that among nine to 11-year olds, 94% do so. At home, more than two-thirds (67%) of five to seven-year-olds were using the internet in 2009 - up from 57% in 2008. 31
