Course code: 776 Garments Construction Marks: 100 (Theory:50& Practical :50) Sa-1 Theory 1-7-2014 to 6-9-2014 - Introduction to sewing machine, its various parts. - Functions of various sewing machine parts - Types of sewing machines - Sewing aids- attachment- machine tools & equipments 8 September 2014 to 20 September 2014 SA 1 Exam 2014 - Maintenance of sewing machine. - Understanding the simple problems of sewing machine and the solution. - Selection of suitable needle and thread for various fabrics and suitable stitch per inch (SPI).
