1. SeeEyes Power + Data Transmission Device Introduction Overview SeeEyes Transmission Devices are composed of... A repeater (): To extends the Signal and transmits power + RS 485 to transmitter. A transmitter (): To supply power and transmits to the camera. A Receiver (): To supply power and transmits to repeater(s) or Transmitter The devices support not only 1.5G but also 3G. Using Power over Coaxial cable function, these devices can transmit the signal, extend the transmission distance, supply power to the camera/repeater and send DATA over 1 coaxial cable. Therefore, it is cost-effective solution. Also, You can install / maintain easily and save time? SDI: Serial Digital Interface : A technique which transmits incompressible video signal over 1 cable. It serializes the incompressible video signal of 10bit word and transmits over 75Ω coaxial cable. It is possible to transmit up to 1 km without signal distortion by equalizing and re-clocking at a regular distance, unlike the analog signal which has a signal distortion/decrease. There is no deterioration or delay on the screen as it uses incompressible signal. 2
