Using the System for the First Time Email Notification of Secure Information Contacts will receive a message in their mail box that contains an attachment named securedoc.html. The attachment is your actual message, but it has been encrypted and can only be viewed once it has been decrypted. After registration when you open one of these attachments, you will be prompted for your password and, if entered correctly, the message will be decrypted. If you have not received a secure message and would like to register, please email HSAGroup@OptumBank.com and request that they send you a secure message to initiate the registration process. The attachment is an.html file and should be opened using your internet browser. In most cases, the file will open correctly if double clicked. If the file does not open as expected, please save it to your computer and open with your internet browser. This can be done on most PC s by right clicking the file, selecting Open With and choosing your internet browser. If your internet browser is not listed as an option then select Choose Program and select your internet browser. 10/13 3
Getting Registered On the System Upon opening the attachment, the system should automatically detect if your email address has been registered. If you have not registered, you should see a large orange REGISTER button. When opened the file should look similar to the screenshot below. If the REGISTER button does not appear and you have not registered, simply leave the password field blank and select OPEN. You will then be directed to register. After selecting the REGISTER button, you will be prompted for several pieces of identifying information such as your name, a user selected password, and security questions. 10/13 4

Account Activation After the registration process you will receive a message that contains an activation link. If needed, you can also cancel the account through a separate link contained in the same message. The activation email will be similar to the screenshot below. A notification email will be sent to you upon successful activation. Prior to account activation, you will not be able to view or send messages using the Cisco Registered Envelope Service. 10/13 6
Reading a Secure Message Registration is only required once. After registration, and for all new messages, simply open the attachment as described above. You will now be prompted for your password. Please note that each attachment is an individual message. We suggest keeping these attachments, or the original email containing the attachments, for your records as they will not be stored anywhere else. After entering the correct password for your account, the message will be decrypted and will be viewable as seen on the screenshot below. If files are attached to the secure email they will appear as a downloadable attachment. You can reply to the secure messages by selecting Reply on the message screen. This allows you to send a secure message without having to login again. 10/13 7
Sending a Message To send a secure message using the Cisco Registered Envelope Service, Please login to https://res.cisco.com/websafe. You will be prompted for your email address and password. Upon log in, the default screen is the Compose Message screen. You can send secure messages to Optum Bank from this screen. 10/13 8
Other Functionality Along the left side of the screen you will see options to Manage Messages and Edit Profile. The Manage Messages tab allows you to search for messages that you have sent using Cisco Registered Envelope Service. By selecting Advanced Search, you can search for messages using a keyword from the subject of a message, who the message was addressed to or by date range. Important Note: Only messages sent by you will be saved. Messages sent to you are not saved and must be saved to your computer. The Edit Profile tab allows you to change your password and other security information at anytime. If you cannot access the site, and cannot remember your password, please refer to the next section. Forgot Your Password If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password? on the main login page. You will then be prompted for your email address. After submitting your email address, a link will be sent that will allow you to reset your password. You will be required to answer the security questions you entered for your account at the time you registered.
