Overview Royal quinoa is the only vegetable food source that has high quality proteins; it contains 18 amino acids, which are present in quantities close to the standards established by the FAO as essential for human consumption. Quinoa as a vegetable protein helps growth and development, keeps the warmth and energy of the body, it is easy to digest and it is part of a balanced and complete diet.
