Operators can also list active work orders and historical work orders for an object. Preventive maintenance Operators can create and view their own preventive maintenance activities. They can also view work orders to be executed during overhauls. Condition-based maintenance is enabled via an OPC interface. Overall equipment efficiency Operators access the IFS OEE functionality to register OEE information such as event reports, production reports and quality reports. Equipment object cost Operators access the IFS portals to view costs for a selected plant object (costs for work, material and extra costs). Equipment data Operators can view technical data, check warranties, related spare parts, and the stock balance for selected objects. Connected documents Operators can view all documents connected to an object, such as instructions for usage and technical diagrams. Object structure Operators can view the underlying objects related to a selected object. Object measurements This displays measured values for an object; generated from an OPC server or entered manually.
