General Safety Instructions (Cont.) Maintenance Continual use of some applications will occupy much of the devices processing capacity, causing the device to heat up. If this occurs, discontinue using the device and allow it to cool down. The silicone case will protect your tablet in most cases, however it is only intended to make the product more RESISTANT to damage that might occur. Like any other portable tablet, this unit is fragile and despite the silicone protection, can be damaged by external forces such as dropping, banging or being hit by other objects. Please handle this product with care as broken screens and touch panels are not covered by warranty. Due to Android 4.2 s system management, it is no longer possible to move applications to an external SD card. It is advised that you store all media files (photos, music etc.) on an external SD card to allow for a larger capacity on the device s internal storage for apps and games. Avoid using the tablet while it is charging as this may alter the battery charging process and amend the battery life of the device. Keep the device out of direct sunlight and away from any direct source of heat. To prevent any damage to hearing, NEVER use headphones while the volume is set at an excessive level. Exposure to loud sounds for an extended period of time may cause temporary or permanent loss of hearing. If use of this device causes pain to your ears or any other part of your body, stop using immediately. In case of long period of usage, be sure to take frequent breaks. 4
