Business Days The schedule of official public holidays is published by the government specifically for each next year. The schedule is published by authorized paper of the Russian government. Information regarding TARGET closing days can be found on: http://www.ecb.int/home/html/holidays.en.html Debit and Credit interest rates Negative account balance is not allowed by Russian legislation. Both overdrafts and interest on positive balance are subject to separate agreements. Compensated value date In case the client requests a Payment Order with same day value (SDVA codeword), ING will make sure that the debit value date will correspond with the date on which the Correspondent bank is credited. Cancellation Payment Transaction The Client is able to cancel a Payment Transaction. The cancellation request should be delivered to the bank (Customer Service department) before Cut-Off Time in order to cancel a transaction prior to its execution. The request may be delivered as a free format letter which should be signed by authorized person. Revocation The Client is able to revoke a Payment Transaction. The revocation request should be delivered to Customer Service department as a free format letter which should be signed by authorized person. Payment Orders in writing From legal point of view, there is no difference in processing time for paper based and electronic payments. Specific forms In order to get the recent paper form of the document please contact Customer Service department. Loss, theft or unauthorized use of a Payment Instrument The Client shall take all reasonable actions immediately upon obtaining a Payment Instrument to protect personalized security features. The Client should notify the Bank about any transactions the Client disagrees with within 10 calendar days after the Bank has provided the Client with the Account Statement. Notification should be done in written form to Customer Service Department. Types of credit transfers To determine the type of outgoing credit transfers (except Dutch urgent payments), please use the flow chart shown below.
