SEPA credit transfers Eurotransfer BIL Definition BIL eurotransfer fees apply in accordance with European regulation No 260/2012, to all transfer orders: in euros, to ororiginating in any member country of the SEPA zone (Luxembourg ), quoting the IBAN and BIC. Transfers outside SEPA International transfer orders outside European regulation No 260 / 2012 Definition BIL fees for international transfers outside European regulation No 260 / 2012 apply to : all transfer orders to a non SEPA country (whatever the amount and whatever the currency) all transfer orders in a currency other than euros (whatever the amount and to whatever country of destination), all transfer orders which do not quote the IBAN and BIC. Tax Relief and Reclaim Formalities with regard to double taxation treaties in respect of income on foreign securities (equities and bonds): annual fee: EUR 100 per securities account, tax relief (application of a lower withholding tax): 10% of the tax relief, tax reclaim (ex-post recovery of taxes): 10% of the amount reclaimed.
