3. LEGAL CONSULTING 3.1. Research Center for Information and Communications technology Law (IKJK) Senate of the Faculty of Law established a research center in 2004 in order to develop the research skills of PhD-students and other colleagues. I worked out the scientific program and profile of IKJK following the model of ICRI, K.U. Leuven. IKJK is an organizational framework for market-oriented consulting activity and research projects of the Department of ICT Law and PhD candidates, research fellows connected to the ICT law doctoral program. DPC I was an advisor of the Parliamentary Commissioner of Data Protection and Freedom of Information from October 1995 until June 2001. 6.3.2. JIT Between 1994-1997 I was the Secretary of Executive Committee of JIT and editor of the JIT Newsletter (JIT = Jogi Informatikai Társaság = Association of IT Lawyers, Hungary). The JIT is a voluntary league of teachers, practitioners and students who are interested in information technology and law; an important public life forum of lawyers and computer experts. The JIT was founded on my initiative in 11 January 1994 in Budapest. 6.3.3. PwC-SSD In 1999 I was an advisor of PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Squire, Sanders and Dempsey Lawfirm in development of the new Hungarian act on telecommunication. 6.3.4.
