2 The Law Firm Until today, during more than 10-years, Dr. Csaba Bittera and Dr. Péter Tóth partners have gain in-depth experience in various areas of law through providing legal support to different type of clients. For several years they had been engaged in public administration and as legal counsel to business corporations. At the outset of their cooperation they were also key members of an outstanding professional legal team providing legal support to specific areas of a major multinational company. Later, in 2009 they founded Bittera & Tóth Law Firm. Since that time the law firm, as a professional team of experienced and well-prepared lawyers serves a wide range of client needs. The law firm deals with several kind of legal issues however over the years our firm acquired special expertise in corporate law, aviation law, the law of airport operation, collective as well as private labor law, public procurement law, real estate development, litigation and arbitration procedures, competition law, procurement, commercial and contract law.

3 Services We offer our legal services under Hungarian law only, although we provide legal advice and legal representation in Hungarian and English. Our Firm also serves an international clientele. The professional expertise and language skills of our colleagues ensure complex legal support for our international and Hungarian clients. All our colleagues have the necessary English proficiency. According to the client s request, our attorneys directly represent the client in contract or settlement negotiations, legal procedure, or can limit their role to analyzing problems, offering advice, drafting letters and agreements for the client s signature, and in general, remaining in the background. The law firm is available to help you understand your legal situation and suggest the necessary legal steps to solve your problem, furthermore to guide you through the process of any legal procedure. Whether the client is a multinational company, a small business, a public institution, a nongovernmental organization or an individual, our commitment and dedication to service is the same.
