IRCMS - Delhi Division, Northern Railway Guideline to use IRCMS Online Website to register and track complaints Overview IRCMS is an online website that can be used to register your complaints from your computer and also track the status of your complaint online. This website automatically transfers a registered complaint to the concerned inspector of works. An SMS is sent to the mobile number of the complainant and in case of urgent complaints (automatically detected), an SMS is also sent instantly to the concerned in charge for an immediate action. Steps to register your complaint This section describes the process of registering your complaint, step by step. 1. Open a browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). 2. Type the address of the Official Northern Railway Website (http://www.nr.indianrailways.gov.in/) and hit enter to open the website. 3. Click the Link About US on the website to open the menu and click Complaint Management System Delhi Division, as shown in the picture below:
4. It will open the page of Complaint Management System Delhi Division. Click the link that reads Complaint Management System Delhi Division on that page again.
5. You will now be redirected to http://dli.ircms.in the homepage of Complaint Management System, Delhi Division, Northern Railway. 6. You can also type dli.ircms.in after Step 1 directly to reach this website.
7. Click on the Second button on the right reading Add Complaint to register your complaint. 8. Please note that your IP Address shall be recorded for auditing purposes. 9. Please enter relevant details of your quarter and give description of your complaint in the screen that comes up when you click Add Complaint, as shown below:
10. After you click Add Complaint, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number that you have entered in the above page, with a computer generated complaint number. This number shall be used to track your complaint.
Steps to track your complaint This section describes the process of tracking your complaint, step by step. 1. Open a browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). 2. Type the address of the Official Northern Railway Website (http://www.nr.indianrailways.gov.in/) and hit enter to open the website. 3. Click the Link About US on the website to open the menu and click Complaint Management System Delhi Division, as shown in the picture below:
4. It will open the page of Complaint Management System Delhi Division. Click the link that reads Complaint Management System Delhi Division on that page again. 5. You will now be redirected to http://dli.ircms.in the homepage of Complaint Management System, Delhi Division, Northern Railway. 6. You can also type dli.ircms.in after Step 1 directly to reach this website.
7. Click on the First button on the right reading Track Your Complaint to track your complaint. 8. You can track your complaint by entering the complaint number that you must have received by SMS. 9. Enter your complaint number in the box shown on the page that comes up when you click Track your complaint button, as shown below and click Search Complaint button. 10. Your complaint number if correct, shall show the status as below: a. You can find if the Job card is issued or not b. Date on which you have registered the complaint and its details. c. Status of the complaint d. Enter Feedback (explained in the next section)
Steps to give feedback on your complaint This section describes the process of tracking your complaint, step by step. 1. Repeat all the steps of track your complaint as explained above. 2. Click Enter Feedback link against your complaint to enter the feedback. 3. You can select the status of your satisfaction index and enter the details in the box as shown in the picture below: 4. Click Save to save your feedback. The same feedback shall be shared with concerned officers and decision makers to improve the quality of service and plan well in future.
