Tools for Determining Quality of Care and Services Nursing Home Compare at http://www.medicare.gov/nursinghomecompare/ Provides information about the quality of care and services and gives rating certified nursing homes in the Washtenaw country and elsewhere. Annual State Survey-Ask to see this report when you go to a nursing home. Each facility must post and make this available to the public. It describes in detail any regulations not met and gives examples of why they are not met.
