The Series TTM Testing Machines are state-of-the-art, rugged and durable designed especially suitable for high capacity testing of round, flat and profile specimens meeting the needs of the metals, aerospace, automotive and fastern industries. Available in two or four column construction capable to provide accurate, repeatable and reliable results for tensile, compression, flexure, peel, shear, tear or friction tests on a wide range of different materials for quality control, product development, research or process development. Wide Range of Application: Testing systems for brittle materials such steel or fasteners requires high stiffness load frames that minimize the amount of deformation energy that is stored in the frame. Its essential to minimize the released energy from the frame for minimum maintenance and low reaction at specimens failure. With this in mind all models of the TTM family features high rigid load frames either in two or four column construction with superior axial and lateral stiffness and precision aligned for advanced static testing. To meet the wide variety of testing needs of laboratories and manufacturers in the field of metals, automotive, aerospace, fastener a.s.o industries offers the TTM in different configurations. This Testing Machines are available with the universal testing software DIONSTAT which provides most EN, ISO, DIN or ASTM and other standards tests. The servoactuator, which is integrated in the upper crosshead, having a long piston stroke makes testing space accessible for easy and efficient testing of different samples lengths. The long piston stroke meets the extreme requirements of international standards without changing the crosshead adjustment. On piston rod end a anti-rotation system prevents the natural tendency of the actuator to rotate. All TTM Testing Machines are equipped with ah high resolution (0.82 µm) digital displacement transducer for accurate and reliable closed loop position of actuator, piston stroke control and measurement. The manifold is attached direct on actuator providing close-coupled servovalve and accumulators for improved performance and reduced pressure fluctuations. The Moog-Servovalve features high force level permanent magnet linear force motor directly driving the spool. A LVDT is attached to the spool to provide spool position feedback. An internal loop is closed around the spool position. The valve provides additionally low hysteresis and low threshold, low current consumption at and near hydraulic null, standardized spool position monitoring signal with residual ripple, electric null adjust and with loss of supply voltage or broken cable or emergency stop, the spool returns to its spring centered position without passing a load move position. The precision load cell is located between base platen and lower grip, providing high accuracy test after test. The load cell additionally features excellent repeatability, compact design, low temperature drift and accessible mounting. The LF (SV) Testing Machines are ergonomically designed floor standing machines for tensile, compression, bending or shear but also strain and other more advanced tests on a wide range of different materials. Standard Solutions: 19 Standard Console for Lower Machine Capacities Dual 19 Standard Console for Higher Machine Capacities Free Standing Hydraulic Power Pack 19 Standard or Dual 19 Standard Consoles: with integrated hydraulic power pack in the base of the console providing effective floor space utilization. This compact and easy to install Consoles with its in the lower part integrated hydraulic power pack allows in the upper parts an ergonomically integration of all necessary peripheral equipment like personal computer, screen, keyboard, digital controller etc. The hydraulic power pack is equipped with internal gear pumps so that it operates on a low noise level. The tank is put on anti-vibration elements to avoid any vibrations on the console. As alternative the console can be placed on rollers and equipped with fast coupling if there is any universal use intended. Free Standing Hydraulic Power Packs Series PAC The PAC series includes models with flow ratings up to 52 l/ min. The PAC Standard Power Supplies are primarily used for Hydraulic Testing Machines with force ratings of 1500 kn or higher, increased testing speeds or if external power supplies are necessary because of available space in the laboratory.
