Program Description The Americas MBA Master of Business Administration at Atlantis University is a 14 month intensive graduate degree program designed for international executives to keep them current with the most relevant business theories and practices within a globalized and highly competitive business environment. Furthermore, this program fosters international executives decision-making capabilities through solid functional business foundations strengthened with core analytical, technology, and communication skills enabling them to contribute intellectually and professionally to their business professional career. In addition, this program aims to provide international executives with a broad and comprehensive view of management and prepare them to assume leadership professional positions in a wide variety of business organization.
Program Objective Upon successful completion of the Americas MBA Degree Program, international executives are well prepared to assume management and top executive positions in business, industry, and government where a wide range of professional business skills are needed. The Final International Business Research Project and Capstone Field Project can be finished at the end of Modules VII-VIII.

Admission Requirements In order to qualify to be admitted for the Americas MBA Program, students must: 1. Complete Enrollment Agreement for the Master Degree program. 2. Have a personal interview with an AU graduate admissions officer, over the phone or at AU campus. 3. Submit resume indicating education and complete work history. 4. One letter of recommendation for acceptance into the program. 5. Hold a four-year Bachelor s Degree or equivalent credential conferred by an institution of postsecondary education and provide college transcripts. The Americas MBA Capstone Field Project The Americas MBA Capstone Field Project provides The Americas MBA International Executives with the opportunity to complete their academic curriculum through the real life business application of best practices learned through their courses taken in our program. The main objective of the Americas MBA Capstone Field Project is to strengthen our students capacities to explore, conceptualize, analyze, explicate, interpret, and provide suggested solutions to companies and organizations facing critical business challenges. In addition, the Americas MBA Capstone Field Project requires from International Executives to write a detailed set of recommendations addressing the business challenges cited above where students demonstrate their knowledge and competencies gained through their course of study in specific areas such as: finance, accounting, marketing, strategic management, and operations. The organizations benefited from the Americas MBA Capstone Field Project are selected by the Americas MBA International Executives with a final approval of the Americas MBA Academic Director.
