Recognize A Need Provide A Solution Income Opportunity The Need: Almost all businesses have a website to promote their products and services. Most of these websites were designed before the Smart Phone phenomenon. That means the websites were designed to be seen on a large screen computer monitor and not the small screen of a typical mobile phone. The Solution: Provide a professional looking mobile friendly version of a business owner s website, at a competitive price. 2

1. Willing to work at least two hours a day 2. Have a smart phone like an iphone 3. Have a computer with Internet at home 4. Follow the instructions in this manual to the point 5. Be organized and disciplined 6. Don t be a shy person and be people friendly Do I need to have any experience in website design? No. As long as you can browse the Internet, send emails, perform simple Google searches, you are fine. Do I have to make a lot of cold calls to find prospects? No. With our system you don t have to initiate a call to a would be client. In fact it will be the prospector that usually will call you or give you permission to call him. Can it be done part-time, on weekends or evenings? Yes. You can set a side a couple of hours a day to do this and it really Doesn t matter what time of the day. Of course the more time you put Into this business, the more money you will be making. Does it cost anything to start this program? Prospects are all around you. Basically any business that currently does not have a mobile friendly website can be a prospect. Probably the easiest way to find new prospects is to use Google.com Using your desktop or laptop computer, go to: www.google.com The goal here is to find about 50 prospects that you can send a series of emails to (will discuss email scheduling later on). It is best if you stick to one type of business at a time. It really is a vast market out there but you have to be focused and disciplined if you want to be successful. Let s look up prospects in the Auto Repair industry. So you would enter the phrase auto repair and your city in Google s search field. In this example we will search for auto repair shops in Los Angeles area. 5

Once you entered the business category and city name in Google you will see pages and pages of results. Even though all the businesses that will show up could be good prospects, you need to only focus on those businesses that are paid advertisers because those are the one who are willing to invest in their marketing campaign and would be easier to communicate with. Google shows paid advertiser in two locations. First location is the top three listing at the top of each page (see above) and the 2 nd section is the column to the right of the page. Usually you will see a yellow box next to the business name that reads ad. Open a new Tab on your computer (new browser page) and enter the Following link. This link is from Google and will test a website to see if It is mobile friendly or not. https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/ You will be using this page a lot. So you might want to bookmark it. 6

Ok, let s loot at three examples. The result of the test shows this website is already mobile friendly so we won t contact them 7

If the test result shows that the website can not be tested, it means The site has not been indexed by Google, so you have to test this Site on your iphone or smart phone to see if it is mobile friendly or not. If the site shows up on iphone but the images and texts are too small and you Have to enlarge them to be able to read the site, that means the site is not Mobile friendly and you will write the website address and the email shown On their contact page to an Excel spreadsheet or your computer s notepad. This would be a prospect that you will send a series of emails to later on. To keep track of all your prospecting activities, you really need to have a Excel Spreadsheet or similar software. In above example, Google indicates that this website is not mobile friendly. The Owner of this business is definitely a potential prospect and you must save the Website address and the contact email and if you can find out, the actual name of The owner or manager or the person in charge of the business in the spreadsheet Which I showed you how to download from our site on previous page. 9

Once You found Prospects that do not meet Google Friendly site test, simply collect their data and add them to your Prospecting Sheet, collecting info such as their website address, contact email and city and State, so when you contact them and get reply, you can easily make quick decisions on pricing and strategy of closing the sale. Once You have Collected data of lets Say 50 local businesses, it s time to send out the first email from a series of emails which is explained below: You must contact each prospect a maximum of 5 times. Use the following schedule to keep track of your emails: Working Days count from Monday to Friday Working Day 1 - First email Working Day 3 - Second email Working Day 8 - Third email Working Day 13 - Forth email Working Day 18 - Fifth email It s very important that you don t send emails out too often, otherwise it will be a harassment for many businesses, who are busy already and you potentially will LOSE a potential sale, and make them angry, just because you being too active! Change yellow marked Parts by replacing: Name with prospect s name, if you can get it, otherwise leave blank and your name with your full name Note: stop sending out follow-up emails, as soon as you get reply. If the Reply you get indicate that the business owner does not care for mobile Site or not interested in your offering, remove his contact info from your Prospecting spreadsheet or make a note not to contact him for at least 3 Month. Sometimes, they change their mind as times goes by 10

First Contact Email - Working Day 1 (This example is for Prospects in Auto Repair industry but the same principles Apply to all other niches. Just change the yellow wordings accordingly) Subject: How easy can we find your Auto Repair Service? Hi As a fellow business owner, I know your time is valuable so I'll get right to the point. I found you on Google and noticed that you are leaving lots of business to your competitor! If I could show you how to fix this, would you be willing to speak with me for 5 minutes? What I'm talking about I'd be willing to put in place for FREE for 7 days to show you how it works. Just hit reply, and I can either fill you in via email or give you a call. Second Contact Email - Working Day 3 Subject: Re: How easy can we find your Auto Repair Service? Sent you an email previously, and this is to follow up. Did you have a chance to read it? Basically, I found your on Google and noticed that you are leaving lots of business to your competitors! Currently that number is around 55% of would be customers who are not Finding you online, but this number is growing on a daily basis. If I could show you how to fix this problem, with no Commitment on your part, would you be willing to speak with me for 5 minutes? Found your business site on Google and noticed that you are giving away lots of business to your competitors! It s more than 5 out of 10 customers who would have been able to find you Online, if you had what your competitors have! Fourth Contact Email - Working Day 13 Subject: Re: How easy can we find your Auto Repair Service? Hello, I ve sent you three emails so far, and this is another follow up. D id you get a chance to read any of my previous emails? You see, Google recently announced a major SEO update for Mobile searches, that came out on 21st of April 2015. According to Google this will affect 55% of U.S Auto Repair Service Enquiries. This means over half of your would be customers Use their mobile phone to find you. As I mentioned I found you on Google, what I did not mention, I was checking your websites mobile friendliness with Google and it appears your site does not meet their criteria, so your website will be penalized by GOOGLE. THAT IS THE FACT! You can check this yourself by visiting: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/ and entering your websites URL in and click on Analyze button. Just reply to this email, and I will help you to fix this problem before it s too late and you feel the impact on your business. I can either fill you in via email or give you a call. If I don t get a reply form you, that either means, you aren t get my emails, you are too busy to hit reply, or you doing well enough in your business and don t require my help! If you receive a reply from the prospect during sending these 5 emails cycle, depending on their reply you will perform one of the following tasks accordingly: Call Back Request If the prospect replied to one of your emails and asked You to call him back, go straight to the point, your only purpose of this email is to get 5 minutes of their time, when they can have undivided attention on what you have to say! Subject: Re: Your call back request Hi Name, I'm glad you requested a call back, hope you have a great day. When would be the most suitable day and time for me to give you a call? Main Reply Email to More information Request! If the prospect replied to one of your emails and asked for more information Reply to his email and using the sample email below. You also do much Better if you can send 2 small reports to him which I will explain. -------------------- Subject: Re: Your request for more information Hi Name, I'm glad you replied and asked for more information about how to help your business by taking advantage of the large number of mobile users who use their mobile phone to find businesses such as yours. Reply to non-interested emails When a prospect replies to one of your 5 emails and says he/she is Not interested in what you have to offer, use the following sample email To reply back. Your only purpose here is to show that you are taking his email seriously. You are professional and you not a SPAMMER. Hello Name, Thank you for getting back to me. This is the final email you get from me. Just to let you know, that I have removed your email From my list and won t send you anymore emails unless If you contact me and ask for more information. As a way to thank you for your time to reply to my email, I have attached a file outlining what's happening currently in your industry, so you can be aware and fix this problem yourselfs! (You can email him a screen shot showing how Google says His site is not mobile friendly) Sincerely Your Name Your Email Your Phone No I forgot to mention that anyone who participates in this program with us and joins our team of salesreps to sell this much needed service to businesses, will get a unique email that would bear our website name, so they can say they are part of the mobile site designer company! 18

How To Keep Track of All Your Prospects, How Many Times You Have emailed Them, Which Ones Have Replied Back And Which Ones Have Agreed To Do Business With You! To be successful at this business, you must be organized and keep track of all your communications with your prospects. To do this task properly I have created a spreadsheet for you, which you can download from the following link and save it on your computer. /ProspectingLog.xlsx (Link 1) To open this spreadsheet and start using it, you either must have MS Excel program on your computer or you can use Google s Online Spreadsheet which is Free to use. I recommend using the Free Google s spreadsheet because you can access it from anywhere and from any PC, even when you are on vacation! To use Google s Free spreadsheet all you need is a Google account. If you have a gmail account, you already have a Google account. If not, create a gmail account right now and use the following link to access the Free Google spreadsheet: http://www.google.com/sheets/about Click on the Blue Button that reads Google Sheet and when asked to enter your login email and password, do so, and you should see a page that looks like a blank spreadsheet. If this is your first time, you should see a RED button on the bottom right of your screen with a + sign in the middle of it. Click on It to open a NEW spreadsheet. Once a new spreadsheet is displayed, click on File, Open and Upload buttons to upload the spreadsheet you downloaded from (Link 1) above. the spreadsheet will open up and you will see several columns which I will explain next. 20

How To Use The Prospecting Spreadsheet If you see what looks like the following image, that means, you did Everything right and you are now ready to use the prospecting Spreadsheet. When you use the methods explained on page 5 to fine those businesses That don t have a mobile site, you will this spreadsheet to build your 50 or So leads before you start sending email # 1 of the 5 emails given to you on Previous pages. What To Enter On Each Column Of The Prospecting Spreadsheet! Column A (Niche) - Enter type of business, like Restaurants, Auto Repair, etc. Column B (Place) Enter State 2 letters abbreviation and City Name Column C (Company Site) Enter the website address of the business here Column D (Company email) Enter contact email for the business. Most Sites show their contact email on contact page of their site. If not email is Shown anywhere on the site, you can either call that business and ask for The owner or manager s email or just use the form on their contact page to Send them emails. For sites that don t show an email on their site, make a Short not for yourself on this column (D) to remind yourself that you must Use the form on their contact page to send them the 5 emails. Column E (owner name) If you happen to find owner s name enter it. Column F (Day 1 email) Place a (X) in this column when you send out the very first email of the series of 5 emails. Column G (Day 3 email) Place an (X) here as soon as you send out the 2 nd email, two days later, on Day 3. And continue through Column (J). 21

How To Log Prospects Responses As you start sending any of the five emails to your prospects, some of these prospects may reply back to you. Their replies could be anything from Send me more info, Give me a call, I am not interested and things like that. You must log each and every response that you will Receive from your prospects, so you will remember how you replied back, and just to log your communication so you don t have to memorize whom you told what, to avoid an embarrassing situation. The same prospecting spreadsheet which you downloaded in previous Step, has a 2 nd sheet attached to it, which is the template for keeping track of all the responses you get from your prospects. It will look like the image below: Column A (Site URL) Enter the site name of the business who replied here Column B (email) Add the email address of the person who replied to any of your 5 emails here. You see, some businesses have several emails and you want to only communicate with the person who took the time to reply back to you, because he is probably the decision maker. Column C (Date) Enter the date that you received the reply here Column D (comment) Enter anything that will help you remember what the prospect wanted or asked for in his reply. If he said, to call him, then you will write a short reminder note to remember to call him soon, etc.. Over time, this spreadsheet will get larger and larger and if you practice taking Good notes, and be organized, you will thank yourself later on. 22
