AACSB duties Prepare the AACSB Maintenance of Accreditation Reports Prepare faculty and staff for AACSB Maintenance of Accreditation Visits Coordinate AACSB Maintenance of Accreditation Visits Recruiting/Marketing duties Develop programming for COB Showcase Saturday Manage Discover Days, Campus Pass, Family Weekend events Meet with individual students and their families Host high school visits and business receptions Prepare marketing materials Assessment duties Prepare assessment reports for UW Help departments with assessment efforts, including curriculum mapping Analyze data and prepare ETS reports (95% percentile for past 5 years) Analyze data and prepare EBI reports Teaching Evaluation duties Analyze numerical teaching evaluations of all COB faculty and prepare reports Analyze written student comments of all COB faculty and prepare individual summaries for tenure & promotion as well as annual reports Visit new faculty classrooms and provide feedback on teaching Serve as mentor to any faculty requesting such services Other Lead Articulation Day Conference with Community Colleges and maintain close working relationships with faculty Oversee Academic Advising Office (AAO) activities and work with departments to integrate advising activities with AAO Oversee the scholarship process and ensure compliance the donor stipulations Oversee Johnson Career Center (JCC) activities and internship processes Oversee the MBA Office activities and admission processes Participate in COB Advisory Board activities Monitor mentorship program for MBA students Monitor student organizations activities and funding Facilitate CAT (Critical-thinking Assessment Test) scoring Partnered with various groups during new building design and construction 2
