Provide research, data and policy support for control agencies, the Courts, the Legislature and the Governor s Office in the area of Corrections. Collaborate with adult criminal and juvenile justice researchers, practitioners, departmental administrators and policymakers on research innovations, designs and outcomes. Serve as the CDCR executive liaison to national and state correctional research organizations. Programming and Technical Assistance Director, Office of Program Accountability, Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (August 2006 to November 2006). Direct and supervise the activities of the Programming and Technical Assistance Unit (PTA) of the Office of Program Accountability. Develop an annual workplan and budget. Develop plans and materials for training 12 PTA staff and 35 Quality Assurance staff. Develop policy manuals and procedures to guide staff in provision of technical assistance on-site. Participate in or take lead responsibility for Mobile Intervention Teams.
