1. Safety Fence Overview Table of Contents 1.1. Standard Panel, 150 to 500 mm Wide Standard Panels come in two different width ranges 150 mm to 500 mm, and 501 mm to 1050 mm. The Standard Panel varies in height from 1051 mm to 2100 mm, and consists of (2) panel inserts separated by a horizontal member. Heights greater than 2100 mm quoted upon request. 2. Safety Fence Door Overview Table of Contents 2.1. Single Swing Door without Header Single swing door widths are based on the overall door opening width. Door opening widths cannot exceed 1060 mm. Single swing doors include hinges for mounting the door to an adjacent vertical panel member. The door is powder coat safety yellow. The door consists of (2) panel inserts separated by a horizontal member. Door heights greater than 2100 mm are quoted upon request. Sweep height is typically based on the adjacent panel sweep height (150 mm typical). 3.2. Double Foundation Bracket The double foundation bracket is used for attaching adjacent panels (adjacent vertical members) to the floor. 3.6. 14 mm and 19 T-Bolts T-bolts come in two different lengths 14 mm and 19 mm. T-Bolts are used for attaching the following hardware to the safety fence t-slots: Single foundation bracket (19 mm, p/n 256089) Double foundation bracket (19 mm, p/n 256089) Tie plate (19 mm, p/n 256089) Corner tie plate (19 mm, p/n 256089) Swing door hinge (14 mm, p/n xxxxxx) Note the alignment groove on the end of the bolt shaft, which shows when the bolt is properly aligned in the T-slot (perpendicular to the vertical member). 16
3.7. 80mm Caster The 80 mm caster (p/n 330990) is used in conjunction with the Caster bracket, and serves to offer additional stability to double swing doors without a header. 17

4. Installation Guidelines Table of Contents 4.1. System Overview Typical installation drawings will be a top view of your system (below), which will include panel and door locations along with installation hardware (mainly foundation brackets). This section will outline all the various panel junctions and the required installation hardware. Each panel in the overview drawing will be ballooned with an item number. This item number will correlate with the item number of the actual panel (as noted on the sticker located at the top of the panel). The sticker will also include the panel height and width dimensions. 19
