Old Fashioned Contributed by Dushan Zaric & Jason Kosmas Spiced Old Fashioned Contributed by Jacques Bezuidenhout Daiquiri Contributed by Aisha Sharpe 1.5 tsp 3 dashes 1 dash.25 oz Brown sugar cube White sugar Angostura Bitters Regans Orange Bitters No. 6 Cold water George Dickel No. 12 Tennessee Whisky or other American whiskey Lemon and orange twists Rocks 2 tsp 2 slices 2 or 3 dashes Maple syrup Fresno chile Angostura Bitters Partida Añejo Tequila Orange twist & Fresno chile slice Old Fashioned Lime wheel Martini Dark rum (Appleton Estate Reserve) Fresh lime juice Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water) mixing glass. Muddle to break down the sugar and stir briefly. Fill with ice, stir again and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Twist slices of lemon and orange peel over the drink and drop them in. In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle the maple syrup, chile and bitters. Add the tequila and fill with ice. Reserve Luxury Daiquiri Contributed by Willy Shine No. 3 Gin Martini Contributed by Dushan Zaric Smoky Martini Contributed by Dale DeGroff 1 1 tsp Lime wheel Martini Blackberry Appleton Estate Reserve Rum Demerara syrup (one part Demerara sugar, one part water) Fresh lime juice Pom Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice Maraschino liqueur In a shaker, muddle the blackberry. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. 2.25 oz 1 dash Lemon twist Martini No. 3 London Dry Gin, frozen Dry vermouth Orange bitters mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. 2.25 oz Lemon twist Martini Gin Blended Scotch whisky Add both ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. 4
Bloody Mary Contributed by Nick Mautone 1 1 4 oz 2 dashes 2 tsp 2 dashes 1 pinch 1 pinch 1 pinch Celery salt Lemon wedge Lime wedge Grey Goose Vodka Tomato juice Tabasco Sauce Prepared horseradish Worcestershire sauce Celery salt Ground black pepper Smoked paprika Celery stalk and lime wedge Pint Pour some celery salt onto a small plate. Rub the juicy side of the lemon or lime wedge along the lip of a pint glass. Roll the outer edge of the glass in celery salt until fully coated. Fill with ice and set aside. Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake gently and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge.
Bloody Caesar Contributed by David Wondrich Margarita Contributed by Dale DeGroff Spicy Grand Margarita Contributed by Grand Marnier 1 4 oz 2 dashes 2 dashes Celery stalk Tall Celery salt Vodka Clamato Worcestershire sauce Tabasco Sauce Prepared horseradish, to taste (optional) Coat the rim of a tall glass with celery salt, fill with ice and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Pour back and forth into another mixing glass a few times to mix. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a celery stalk. 1 Lime wheel Cocktail or rocks Fresh lime juice Cointreau or triple sec Blanco tequila Add the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel. (For a slightly sweeter drink, add a dash of agave syrup [one part water, two parts agave nectar] before shaking.).25 tsp 1 pinch 1 Salt Simple syrup or agave nectar Red pepper flakes Chipotle chile powder Reposado tequila Grand Marnier Fresh lime juice Jalapeño or red chile pepper Rocks Coat the rim of a rocks glass with salt, fill with ice and set aside. In a shaker, muddle the agave nectar or simple syrup, red pepper flakes and chile powder. Add the remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain through a tea strainer into the prepared glass. Garnish with a jalapeño or red chile pepper. 6

Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. In a Julep cup or rocks glass, lightly muddle the mint and syrup. Add the bourbon and pack tightly with crushed ice. Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside. Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome and garnish with a few drops of bitters, if desired, and a mint sprig. 7
1792 Kentucky White Dog Julep Contributed by David Wondrich 2 tsp 6 or 8 2 to 3 oz Sugar Water Fresh mint leaves Unaged corn or rye whiskey (AKA white dog or moonshine) Mint sprigs and a straw Highball Add the sugar and water to a highball glass and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the mint leaves and press lightly with a muddler. Pack the glass with finely cracked ice (wrap cubes in a towel and bash the bejeezus out of them with something hard and heavy) and then add the whiskey. Stir, add more ice to make up for any shrinkage and garnish with two or three sprigs of mint and a straw. 08 8
French 75 Contributed by Dale DeGroff French 65 Contributed by Cointreau Tom Collins Contributed by Dale DeGroff 3 oz Lemon twist Champagne flute Fresh lemon juice Simple syrup (one part water, one part sugar) Gin or cognac Champagne Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with the Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist. 6 drops 3 oz Orange twist Champagne flute Cointreau Angostura Bitters Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Add the Cointreau and bitters to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with the Champagne and garnish with an orange twist. 1 Fresh lemon juice Simple syrup (one part water, one part sugar) Gin Club soda Lemon wheel and cherry Highball or Collins Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and gin to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball or Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry. 9

Add the gin and lemon juice, and stir. Fill with ice and top with the club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel, a mint sprig and two raspberries. n Old Fashioned glass and fill with ice.
