Standard terms and conditions for sale of Northern Lighting products 2015/2016 APPENDIX B - Shipping Sweden Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all sales are subject to the following terms and conditions. Notwithstanding any other provision of the contract, nothing in the contract confers or purports to confer any right to enforce any of its terms on any person who is not a party to it. Rules of shipping - Free shipping limit is SEK 5.000:- For goods in stock. Goods in backorder are not to be sent free of charge. Normally backorders will be delivered together with the next ordinary shipment. Any duty costs such as customs clearance, local taxes, etc. are not included. Delivery is according to incoterms DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). - Handling and freight for orders below SEK 5.000:- is SEK 350:- - No minimum order level is required. - No split package fee. The price list specifies the normal delivery packing units for each article. - Northern Lighting does not send any goods directly to the end customer/consumer. - The central warehouse is in the EU. These conditions are only valid for EU mainland, including the UK. Shipments to remote areas such as islands are not covered by these terms and shipment prices will be quoted for each specific order. northernlighting.se
